Absolutely first rate. Was fortunate enough to live locally, so called in to discuss my son’s requirements. Excellent honest advice, without adding lots of extras that he didn’t need but with plenty of scope for upgrades later.

Build time was great even with a short delay because of graphic card supply issues, communication was great and we were kept up to date with the whole process.

Collected from store and my son has been blown away with the capabilities of the set up. Exceeded his high expectations. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back for the upgrades that will almost inevitably come in the years to come! Thank You

This is my very first custom made PC and UK Gaming Computers have made the whole process very convenient and so I was able to easily determine the exact specification I needed to suit my PC needs.

Firstly regarding the website. The whole customisation process made it absolutely convenient for a first time user like myself. I would rate the website & customisation process 5/5.

Secondly regarding the overall build test and delivery process. Even though we are in the midst of a pandemic and there have been issues with logistics in general (especially with the RTX 3060 shortages), UK Gaming Computers have been relatively quick with the whole build, testing and delivery process. I haven't experienced any significant issues in this area so I would rate this area 5/5.

Thirdly regarding the finance options with Hitachi Finance. I opted for the 48 month buy now pay later scheme (pay nothing for 12 months and then monthly payments for 36 months) and from my experience, absolutely no issues faced with setting up the finance. 5/5 here.

Finally, UK Gaming Computers has 6 years warranty...what more can I say?

Overall, I have had a great experience with UK Gaming Computers and so I would highly recommend this company as your service provider for your next custom built PC!

Lovely computer. Having problem with it so hopefully will be resolved soon. Helpful emails between the company and myself to try and get to the bott of it.

Had my pc for nearly a year and has always run fine. The only reason i give 3 stars is because the Ram i ordered with a free upgrade to 3000mhz was not compatible with the mother board i chose and no one bothered to mention this and the pc was just built with slower ram when i would have happily paid a little more to get the correct motherboard.
Also was told they only use the best parts yet the 1660 Super i got wasn't even the dual fan one and was clearly was just what they could get cheap at the time.
When they advertise how amazing they are for inexperienced people as well and gave me essentially sub par parts to what they promised it annoyed me a little.
I did call to express this at the time but were just short on the phone and offered no resolution.
Am investing in much more expensive machine next year but unfortunately wont be from them and wont recommend anyone i know to do so.
The pc itself has been ok although cooling could be better as its only got one fan that extracts heat which again i was not advised on.
Im sure many people have had great experience but for me it was not and when your spending this much and claim to be the best in UK then i expect better.

This is the 3rd computer I've bought from UK Gaming in the last 6 years - totaling over 7k. They simply make the best custom pc's anywhere. From ordering, getting the custom parts in, to the build and to delivery, all within 8 working days (and 3 of those days were purely for system stress testing). You can't beat them for service, sales, build quality and after sales. You get what you pay for and like I said, simply the best.

Despite the long wait times due to the GPU market right now, the build quality was top notch and after the computer was shipped it arrived the next day. Amazing quality of customer support too.

I returned to UKGC as I was pleased with the quality of product I received. The level of customisation is in depth and I was given communication for each step of my order.

My delivery arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. From this, I have recommended UKGC for the future.

After getting my last PC from a competitor (and a big company at that) I occasionally had thoughts that the build quality was not on par with the price and that with how much I spent I should be able to see and more importantly feel the quality of the PC.
Not saying it was bad by any means but it was not perfect either.
This time I chose UK Gaming Computers in part from their reviews and also because their spec was as close to what I needed and only a few minor changes would make the PC exactly what I want.

The build and delivery took longer than would usually because of the Covid virus and also due to the extreme lack of GPU's available but the company kept me informed at every step.

When the PC did arrive however I have to say that the wow factor was immediate, the build quality was incredible and the neatness of the cable management was top notch.

Many asked me why I upgraded almost entirely from my 2080ti system but I have no regrets here.
The system I received was everything I dreamed my last one would be and more. Worth every penny and I have no reservations in recommending UK Gaming Computers to anyone, regardless of what system you are looking to purchase.

Many Thanks UK Gaming Computers, my new PC is brilliant, I am now playing games in 4K at 120 fps no sweat with the Core I9 and the RTX 3070 8GB graphics card and 32GB of RAM.

My build was plain Black, no flashy lights, understated but powerful, and very quiet with the 2 Samsung 1TB 860 Evo SSD's.

Managing to deliver my requirements during this time of global pc component shortages, and the pandemic, is excellent service as always (this is my 3rd PC from you). Thank You.

I'm an old-school 90s FPS gamer, grew up with the classics and had been lusting after a new PC for a while. After some scrimping and saving I placed my order with UKGC in early May 2021 (a Phobetor with a Ryzen 7 and an RTX 3070, plus a few custom tweaks). They were very clear about the potential delays and stock issues and kept me updated as the order progressed. As things were, an extra two weeks was added to the standard build-time, which was perfectly understandable (and, given the GPU, frankly amazing). They completed the testing phase just in time for a weekend delivery as requested. The PC was securely packaged and delivered with care. I'm really impressed with the quality of the build - everything down to cable-management is tidy and solid.

In addition, everything was installed and ready to go. I've been having a wonderful time, finally able to run (effortlessly) all the games I've wanted to play for quite a while. I recommend UKGC to anyone who wants a great build for a great price. Very happy indeed.

UKGC are by far the best choice I could of made when buying a computer for my kids/boyfriend. The company were super helpful, friendly and most off all responsive !! By that I mean they answered all my problems and queries and even kept me upto date every step of the way with regular update emails. They were just a real pleasure to deal with.

The computer..... first off it looks amazing and so clean and tidy, I was blown away by the quality of the computer.
My boyfriend says it is the best thing he has ever gamed on, he plays on max settings with every game e.g rust, scum, cod and many more and the kids fell like it has improved there "fortnite skills" lol. The computer is super quite even when my boyfriend is not (rage lol) and that's even after the kids have had it all day and he just on later.

I will be using UKGAMINGCOMPUTERS for all my other computer needs in the future.
