Couldn't be happier! The guys at UKGC have been unbelievable! Easy to use website, put together my perfect build, and sent the order. Got regular email updates of what stage my build was at and asked a few questions I had that where answered quickly. When it arrived I was over the moon! What a bit of kit! Looks stunning and runs like a dream. Plugged in and ready to go straight away. I jus installed Steam and a few other bits and off I went! Runs everything I want in ultra settings! Epic!

A good honest company to deal with. Would use again without doubt.

Great customer support, friendly staff, able to make changes on the fly.

My experience with them was great.

I got there UKGC Diamond Next Day Gaming PC and cannot be happier with its performance and looks. Loading times are quick and games are playing well.

I wanted to delay delivery and their customer services were so helpful and there was no issues with delivery and arrived in good packaging.

Would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve placed my order for a custom build unit and it came within few days , customer service very nice and helpful when asking for an update of the order and gave me all the details to have some peace of mind. The gaming unit came all ready set up , no need to install any other programs, unbox , plug it and start use it straight away , packed carefully and very secure. Overall a great experience so far.

Thank you for building my Sons new Gaming Rig. The white build looks magnificent and the performance of the 9800X3D CPU married with a white Gigabyte 4080S Aero works perfectly! (I'll be sure to get you to upgrade me to the 50 series GPU when I can get my hands on one)!

The PSU on my PC died just over a year after buying it. The process of sending it back to UKGC and then returning it to me cost over £150 (two couriers + insurance) which I feel is unfair for the consumer to bear alone, especially as the fault occurred so soon after purchase. It also took a couple of weeks for the repair, which, while well within their warranty terms, was a long time to be without a critical piece of work equipment, especially as I was told multiple times that things were almost ready.

Obviously pre-xmas is a busy time but I would have appreciated more precedence being given to existing customers than new purchases. This was my second PC from UKGC but I probably would get my third from a different company.

This company is amazing.

From initial purchase to final delivery, the customer service has been exemplary. Emails were sent detailing every step of the build. Delivery was efficient and speedy.

What an absolute gem, I would wholeheartedly recommend UK Gaming to anyone wanting to purchase a pc.

They have an array of pcs, from standard up to elite gaming.

I bought a Cerberus - Extreme PC to replace our ageing PC, and both my daughter and I (both of us enjoy gaming) are delighted with its speed, quality of the graphics, and quietness.
Also the customer service and communications has been excellent. Can't really imagine there'll be any problems with the PC but I am confident that if ever I needed any advice or upgrade that this would be in safe hands!
In short, extremely pleased!

I have used this company in the past and brought a system in 2013, upgraded once and in 11 years had to only replace one part (cooling system) due to age and use - it was an awesome machine and was used on a daily basis - very reliable!

The guys were extremely helpful then with that purchase and again on my most recent purchase were again very helpful and assisted me in making the right choices - I am not the sharpest tool in the box when it comes to modern tech and they were very patient in advice and help (lots of dull question on my part! :) ) they are not driven by making money but providing advice on what you need rather than getting all the Guchi stuff you don't need. I treated myself to the Heracles style model and I am NOT disappointed! I have had the system for a few days and its a beast! Due to the machine being in a glass fronted case I can see the build inside and it looks extremely neat and well put together. Being a dull old man I appreciated the time the guys gave me in answering my queries which for them were probably brain dead questions! :)

There is no pressure to purchase, you give them an idea for what you want the machine for and they take the time to explain options and answer questions.
I have also rung them previously for advice, no purchases just advice and in fairness they were willing to help which they didn't need to do.

Customer service in my experience has been very good!

Build took approximately 4 weeks to complete and your kept updated with progress.

Build arrived very well packaged and with clear instructions on how to set up the machine itself.

I have recommended the company to others and all have had good experiences with them.

Novice pc buyer, I was told about this company to make a gaming pc for my son, and after seeking advice from the technical team I put the pc together.
Good purchase throughout, good communication, item arrived suitably packaged and offer aftercare service. The team answered any questions or concerns I had. I would purchase from the company again if I need to upgrade the pc. My son loves the pc so much my husband is thinking of getting one made for himself.

This is my second UKGC computer, the previous one lasted just shy of 10 years which is kind of amazing. I love the flexibility of the site, able to tweak the computer however you like, and also really appreciate the vast wealth of information they provide - and the tests they've done - to make sure you're getting really good quality, compatible components. I recommend this place to any friend who's in the market for a new computer and I don't bother shopping around elsewhere myself now because I'm so impressed with the quality and service that UKGC provides.

The people at UK GC were very helpful and responsive. The PC arrived on time and works great - no bloatware and a straightforward process.

Overall the value for the PC was very good, I had friends who knew more than me about computers surprised that I got a very good PC for what I payed. After playing games like black ops 6 on it for a few days as-well I haven’t ran into any issues running the games. The only bad thing I ran into was how long delivery took but I easily connected with customer service to find out there was an issue with the pc that was fixed, overall I highly recommend this business if you want to get good quality for a good price.
