Still haven't received the item that I ordered in January!! There is no way of contacting them - and looking at the other reviews (which I wish I had done in the first place), I would never have bought from them. They have the audacity to send emails out asking me to review my item. WHAT ITEM??!!!!! If I didn't have to put one single star I wouldn't have - but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Do not use this site its a scam and I cant get my money back, tried emailing them and it won't send, These money thieving c*nts need to be taken down

This company which sells 'Soldiers Prayers' products are based in Singapore. I have spent an awful lot of money with them, but because of incorrect sizing I returned 2 T.Shirts out of the 12 I bought. I have had no refund, no response to 4 emails, they are just scammers.... Avoid.. Avoid... Avoid!!!

As said the contact email bounces (false addy) I placed a order for the soldiers prayer bracelet on November 20th, no contact from them or unable to contact them by their own email address..... if I were you I’d avoid this company like the plague. I’m going to try and get my money back via PayPal and my creditcard company, also going to report them to trading standards and try and get the site taken down! Pity they are in another country and not in the UK.......being as I’m a ex squaddie I’d love the opportunity to knock on their door!

PS I used the contact email off the PayPal receipt I received when I purchased the Soldiers Prayer Bracelet to email them, they replied saying “ You might have purchased the product from a different seller. Please check the confirmation you received and contact the seller directly.”

I've had the same experience, the email address on the website is false, unable to contact them or get the item I've paid for. DO NOT USE

Totally rubbish company DO NOT ORDER anything from them, it won't arrive. The email address on the website is false nothing gets delivered to it, no matter what you send them. I have been waiting weeks for a delivery and can get no response from them whatsoever

I ordered a taurus leather bracelet and a white bike speedo watch and 2 black bike speedo watch.

What only came was only 1 white bike speedo watch and 1 black bike speedo watch.

Customer service are rubbish not friendly con artists

kept telling me we will get them sent to you sorry bout that give us a couple of days any sign NO. know after waiting patiently.I yet again emailed themfor the 30th time then they said they would Give me a refund.They need to push for one.

I am still waiting it has been over 2 months no refund.

So am taking these to court and getting police involved and let the police track them down and see them in court.

DONT LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE A MUG AND TAKING ADVANTAGE.

ITS A SCAM

Ordered a watch beginning of May, it arrived after about 3 weeks but was faulty, they said they wouldn't pay for return of faulty watch but would send a replacement, I am still waiting for that replacement, it is now 3rd August!!
Every email I send, the answer I get back is "we're looking into it" Absolutely appalling service. Steer clear of this company, they don't even deserve the one star but couldn't write review without giving one.

ordered 3x Soldiers Prayer bracelets for myself and ex military friends
their site is misleading as thought I was buying from UK.,
waited 3 weeks for items to arrive. from China,
I also dont believe that 10% goes to British Armed Forces Charity another Scam.....
returned all 3 x bracelets costing me another £9.25 out of pocket
over a month later they are now stating they have only had 2 x bracelets back? why would I want to keep one of their cheap crap tacky and possibly radioactive bracelets that would more then likely turn your arm in to a glow stick at night
they dont respond to emails ? the have no intention to refund

Escalated claim with paypal again..

I want stop until I get all my well earned money back and will make every effort to make sure everyone else knows what SCAMMERS they really are

After waiting for eight weeks (on a 2-3 week lead time), my order still hadn't arrived and ukgears (not a UK-based company) wasn't replying to my emails, so I opened a PayPal dispute at which point I miraculously got an email from them to say that the bracelet had been despatched and I needed to be patient. It did eventually arrive, but the quality was inferior and the company said I was outside of the thirty day returns window from date of order and was ineligible for a refund. Luckily my PayPal dispute was still open and they ruled in my favour - even reimbursed the cost of returning the item to Singapore.

There should be an option for 0 stars. No contact number on website should set alarm bells ringing.

One star too much for this company keep away they are a joke ordered bracelet and dog tag for in law and they are telling me order lost in transit.

Scam, company registered somewhere in Singapore, no contact details on their website, replied to my emails only when I started dispute process involving Paypal. Left a bad review and it's not published on their website, they show only 5 star happy customers reviews. Worst shopping experience ever.

Stay well away from these people, bought the soldiers bracelet way back in 2016 and despite sending a pile of emails I have still had no answer.
Totally unacceptable spread the word and watch them fall.

Purchased the soldiers prayer bracelet in November 2016, its now 17 January 2017 and still no sign of the bracelet despite repeated e mails. (No other way of contacting!)

Finally had an e mail today........... asking me to review the bracelet!! You know, the one I have not received in 2 months!
