Very disappointing customer service. The house insurance for my mother-in-law was about to run out. She had dementia and had to move in to care. Her bungalow had to be put on the market to pay her care fees and I wanted to get six months temporary buildings insurance for six months whilst it sold. Twice I was told that someone would call me back. I deliberately stayed in for the call. Guess what? Nobody called!! I called for a third time and again today, nobody called back with a quote. I presume they were not that interested in temporary house insurance!! They could have told me and not wasted my time. I phoned another insurance firm and within 15 minutes had set up exactly the insurance I wanted. I would not dream of using this company again.

Andrea was exceptionally good at helping me find the right insurance for a slightly complex situation which I am handling for my elderly mother. She explained the policy options very clearly and helped find the right policy for us at a competitive price. Thank you.

Please be aware if you have Landlord insurance with this company they use a underwriters called Preston claims who will do everything in there powers to not pay out .
I claimed with Ukinurancenet which was passed to Preston claims .They wanted every piece of evidence including tenants payments and pictures before house was rented out .There was a £500 excess on the house but then they came up with a 23% reduction in claim due to under valuing the house build .When I took out the insurance , I was asked the question by Ukinurancenet what the build price was .I didn't know .They said what's the house worth .I told them £ 100K .They told me that was the build cost then .2 years on I make a claim and now Preston claims tell me the build cost is 140k even though it's only worth £100k .Now both Ukinurancenet and Preston claims are squabbling who is right .Still not been paid out !! Going to the financial Ombudsman !Watch out when filling in your build cost. These fraudsters are ruthless 😡

I needed to alter my current unoccupied property policy following completion of an extensive renovation project prior to letting out to tenants. This was done thoroughly and diligently by Lianne. She explained everything clearly and kept going back to check with the underwriters whenever there was any query to make sure that I had the correct cover in place. They are a broker so you do pay for their service on top of the insurance premium, but at least I felt that I was getting the insurance cover that I needed for my particular circumstances. Would recommend.

Very professional and helpful, the person (Zak) whom I have dealt with could not be more helpful and professional and went out his way to assist.

I needed insurance for an unoccupied property following my mother’s move to a care home. Her existing House insurers - a household name- just didn’t want to know. I found this outfit on the web, gave them a call which was answered promptly at a time other companies are keeping you hanging on the phone for ages and justifying their poor service with COVID 19. My needs were thoroughly investigated,quickly addressed and mum and I had an appropriate policy which was not grossly expensive with no fuss. When Mum subsequently died, a further call had all the necessary adjustments made again without fuss (thank you Liane) and the house is seamlessly covered.

I couldn't give zero stars unfortunately. Avoid them like the plague. Around £480 policy, had to cancel after just over 3 months due to selling my home. After fees and deductions they have offered to refund about £190. Planning to take them to the Insurance Ombudsman for these practices. Almost all the fees are charged by them as broker.. not the insurance underwriter. Dreadful company.

My previous broker trebled my premium at renewal. I asked for a call back from UKinsurancenet and Ross called me back in about 10 seconds. He arranged improved cover for a significantly lower premium. Very efficient service from knowledgeable staff.
