Be careful on what you order
There are some items that are sold from different manufactures and they will not help you if the items have chipped off paint, and are deemed to me a general flaw and are repairable (aka you repair it yourself). They do not check the quality of every figure, so if this happened to you like it did to me, tough luck. I'm never buying from this site ever again.
Bad communication and no care for customers
If I could give no stars, I would.
Horrible communication. They take forever to reply your emails, and don't tell you, if your shipment has any issues or delays. My order was lost, and I had to find out by continously asking them, where it is, and if they could contact the courier (note: i couldn't call them because they don't have a european hotline). In the end, I lost an order that I waited over a YEAR for - which sidenote I even preordered - and there was no other way to get the item I wanted, since it sold out everywhere. Their conmpensation was just giving me my money back. Don't buy from them especially if you're not from the US.
Be prepared to wait forever and possibly lose your order
Months and months of shipping delays for items they have and stock. They will cancel your order if the item you purchase is reselling for a much higher price somewhere else.
Good site
My package was delivered about a week before it was supposed to be! This site is legit.
Super!
I found this store by searching for a certain figure. While that figure wasn't available I did buy another. Said figure was damaged by the post office and Ukiyo Kumo gave me a partial refund for the trouble. The communication was great and they're very professional. I've since placed two other orders for figures! Thanks so much! I look forward to doing more business with you!
A cute little store in the pocket of the internet
I purchased two Nendoroids from this website over the summer. They arrived fast, great packaging, and I bought them for a great price. This store isn't widely known, but they do great business.
