When my gasket was misplaced, I received prompt and consistent support every step of the way until the issue was resolved. A replacement gasket was sent free of charge, simply to keep the juicing going.

Amazing website!
I ordered a blade/basket for my Sage Nutri Juicer pro. There was nowhere else on the internet that I could find one brand new as the juicer is now discontinued.
The blade was delivered by Royal Mail within 2 working days. It was well packaged and in perfect condition.
Really impressive website for juicers which are known to be discontent and out of date often.

I placed an order on Sunday and expected dispatch on Monday with next-day delivery. My payment was taken in full, yet I have received no tracking number and no delivery. When I reached out for help, I was informed of a 3-day wait for a reply. This is incredibly poor service for a company that advertises speed. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
