We were told by Thames water we had a leak somewhere in our flat but couldnt see any signs of it to know where. UK Leak detection were able to find the leak and access it under our kitchen floor with minimal disruption and fix it.

Elusive leak after half a day's comprehensive investigation finally found by Dan to be from the boiler. The main boiler parts have now been replaced by Corgi, and hopefully that will do the trick.
Dan is an excellent operative who enjoys his work.

Highly professional, with covid mitigation, from first contact to detecting leak in downstairs ceiling. Exhaustive tracing using non destructive probes followed by cutting very small hole found the leaking pipe connector. Highly recommended.

We called UK Leak Detection Company to find a water leak within our property that was causing damage under the flooring and eventually to our laminate floors and kitchen and downstairs toilet tiles. The engineer Dan arrived on time and explained the service he would provide. After using a variety of methods and techniques he found the leak to pin point accuracy. Access to the leak was provided and temporarily fixed to prevent any futher escape of water and damage to the property. Overall, an excellent service was provided by the company and Dan was professional and reassuring, while at the same time explaining the procedures clearly so that we could understand. Highly recommended.

Dan visited our house today to locate the source of a long-standing leak visible on the staircase landing. He was extremely pleasant, obliging and helpful - and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and why, and took pains to help me understand it all. After identifying the issue he wrote a very clear and detailed report that I've forwarded to our insurance company. Excellent service - faultless.

We have finally, after many years, discovered where the leaks in our old building are coming from. UK Leak detection carried out a comprehensive inspection and provided us with a detailed report which will enable us to address the various places where we have leaks. This is the first company who have been able to help us.

After several companies identified rising damp in my home, it was suggested I might have a leaking pipe somewhere. I called in UK Leak Detection and their engineer quickly and efficiently identified a significant leak. He was also very helpful in advising about an insurance claim. Highly recommended.

Dan undertook the work to locate a below ground leak on a bungalow flow & return heating system. He was thorough and patient and found the problem through a combination of thermal imaging, gas detection and moisture readings. The leak has now been repaired. He provided a detailed report (for insurance purposes) and useful advise. Would happily recommend and use again.

The young man Cameron who attended my property was very professional and knowledgeable. He was diligent in trying to trace the leak which he did successfully and the various pieces of equipment used was fascinating to watch. He wrote a comprehensive report while here which is now the subject of an insurance claim and hopefully leak will be fixed tomorrow!

The leak detection expert was not only thorough, but also helped identify leak causes (e.g. curved twigs in the toilet cistern, indicating that a vigne on the external wall had gone through the overfill pipe into the toilet) as well as provided information on signs of leaks to keep an eye on (e.g. drop in boiler water pressure).

5 stars for Dan Bartlett and UK Leak Detection. Dan took a lot of time and did a very thorough investigation to identify any possible source of leak throughout the property. He used moisture meter, heat sensor and finally gas and acoustic system to find leak source. He kept us fully informed through out the process. Thanks to this, I now know where the leak is and I don't have to rip up all my floors.

A plumber and 2 water companies could not locate the leak I had. UK Leak Detection gave me a date - but then an engineer contacted me to bring my date forward - excellent! Jim was very thorough, did numerous tests, and found the leak and gave recommendations for sorting it. Very detailed report - very helpful all round.

Excellent service - Dan Bartlett our leak detective was very thorough and professional. He went to great lengths to find the source of a problematic leak which had previously eluded several general plumbers. Dan used lots of specialist tests and equipment and left no stone unturned. Most importantly he made the time to answer all my questions and concerns and to explain his findings and report. This was particularly important to me because the source of the leak was coming from another flat and so we needed to pinpoint who was responsible in the block.
I would definitely recommend this company - especially Dan.
