Bought a hot tub from you, £9000, paid you monthly since for 'premium service'. You came out to do your yearly full service and the filter cover has come unstuck due to the service. However, you are shirking your responsibility and saying I need to buy a new part. You could have just glued it back together on your next visit.
The staff manning the phones don't seem to know anything about customer service and no one seems to know what part they are looking at even though I've sent them pictures.
I would not buy from this company again. I do not recommend them. Steer clear.

To edit: Almost a year on and still no troubles from our hot tub or service received. Still very happy and enjoying our hot tub which holds temp very well and isn’t costly to run.

I'm over the moon we popped into the showroom for some guidance on hot tubs. Sales were incredibly helpful, full of knowledge and nothing seemed too much. After some chats and a very kind trial of some hot tubs in the showroom, which was closed down for a short while for us. What a brilliant service! The hot tub we chose was customised to our preferences and came with a starter kit to get us going. Delivery and set up were fantastic explaining everything to us with tips on how to use the tub. The whole team are really nice and helpful, I can highly recommend UK Leisure Living.
