we found this company easy to deal with. we like to wait and buy when they have discounts if we can. The web site works well. Information goes to delivery company with what time this work well in our case as it was early. The only problem we have they can not delver on to our stone drive way due to the size of the load

Great logs and great customer service
The logs are great as is the customer service. I have used them several times without a problem, but this time when the transport company made the delivery they did not ring the doorbell and dumped the pallet in the paved drive. I stopped the driver and asked him to move the pallet about 10 metres to be under cover and he refused, was abusive and said it was my problem and not his.
UK logs were sympathetic and as helpful as they could be, although in a difficult position. I then arranged for a local company to come and move the pallet which took them about one minute!
UK Logs immediately refunded the cost incurred.
