The worst company I've every had dealings with every time I've had delivery's by UK mail there's alway a problem now they Ave corona they use that as an excuse for late delivery's I'm a delivery driver and all the goods get there on time no excuse I've had to give them a star to write a review but honestly I wouldn't of give them a minus totally useless

I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reports re, delivery’s not been made. However, I’ve placed 4 x separate orders In as many days and I expected a delay due to the current lock-down situation.
All were delivered on time and complete.

Medical supplies took 3 days to arrive from Germany. UK Mail- DHL circus have now been delaying the delivery fir that same amount of time and the depot is 15 mins from my house. Driver has just pulled up at my house and said “ can’t find it” in the back of a transit van. Then drove off... system updates to say delayed again till Thursday. Driver not arsed. Customer number 02476 937770 is a total joke. Round in circles and never speak to anyone. Then it hangs up on you. DHL/ UK mail use same number and you get the same result. Pathetic attempt at customer services. Pre pandemic it was the same fiasco. Private delivery drivers working on behalf of UK Mail who are paid per delivery so can’t be arsed looking. Pathetic company, crap and non existent “ customer services”
Avoid if you have any say in the delivery service your company has. I will never use them as long as my bum points south.
Completely Incompetent Service
Completely incompetent! My company has been sent several urgent medical care parcels, but this incompetent lot ‘assume’ we are closed. We are not working as normal, but we’re NOT CLOSED and I’ve been waiting days for this delivery! I’ve been promised multiple times that they will redeliver before mid-day the next day. Which is complete rubbish! Today, the sender has informed me that UK MAIL have returned to sender - again because they ‘assume’ I'm closed - rather than do their job and at least attempt the delivery.
So now people will be going without their important medical supplies.
They’re no different during normal non-pandemic times. Useless delivery company. Avoid.

Tracking number works on website, but when you ring to rearrange you can’t speak to anyone and the tracking number doesn’t work through the phone, left in limbo it cuts you off. Abysmal customer service,
Find is suspicious there are 5 star reviews for this delivery service.... who the hell would take time to rate a delivery service unless they had poor service, these are obviously attempts by UK Mail to lift there ratings!

Delivery was on time but they sent me an email to say I'd signed for it. I hadn't. The email prompted me to go and look for the package and I found it. The guy didn't even bother to knock at the door.
I contacted them on Facebook to ask why they say they I signed when this was not true, did they think it was dishonest of the driver and did they condone his action. They only needed to answer instead of making it hard to progress requiring me to post consignment number and my address and claiming they couldn't follow up because of 'Data Protection'. Data Protection is my business, so that's not true. They can surely check a consignment number to determine if there was a signature and ask if it's mine?
(Similar problem with Royal Mail where the image of the signature was my name but not my writing! And the parcel was delivered but to an address about 200 miles of mine).
