Good quality line, but not the cheapest in price.

I had been looking for some wider diameter rod tubes as my lure rods would not fit in the others - saw these at Tackleuk, well priced at £8 each, and knew they would do the job. Arrived as advised.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars, as the product itself and the service was excellent, was that I was forced to buy 3 tubes - when all I really needed was 1 as both rods fit into 1 tube due to the 3" diameter. The £12.99 P&P wasn't an issue, just the fact that I was forced to spend £16 on 2 tubes I didn't need!

I purchased this rod last week and received it on the specified day in perfect condition,having been well packaged in a heavy duty cardboard tube. The price compared well with other internet sellers and free delivery clinched the deal for me.
I will use Tackleuk again in the future based on this performance.

This courier company is completely useless. Delivering a £20 item, tries to deliver to my house on wednesday. No one in, loads of options to leave in a safe place but no, takes it back and gives me an option to collect from a local pick up point, which I accepted. They didn't deliver it there Thursday, on tracking looks as if they tried. Same on Friday. So now back at delivering depot. DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Royal Mail is far far better and in my estimation 100% guaranteed to get there. If someone from UK Mail wants to check. Ref is 41510580014565

Have purchased many things over the years and have always had a very good experience.

I have used Tackle UK for various things, reels, line, hooks, floats, weights etc. They have always been great. I only had one problem that I can recall which was a faulty Shimano reel where the fast action clutch didn't work properly so I rang them and they asked me to post it back at their expense and within a couple of days I got my money back. They are great.

Appalling service from start to finish. A catologue of errors resulting in item taking nearly a week for delivery, when it should have taken a couple of days!!!!

Very rude, ill mannered driver!!! Giving orders like " stand back" WITHOUT SAYING PLEASE! Then wanted to take picture of parcel in open doorways, which I understand, however when I left it slightly open , so they don't take a picture of inside of MY HOME, he then showed the parcel in the gap! Seriously, he doesn't have any comprehension of boundaries! HQ read this and sort it out! I now will avoid vendors who use their service!
