One of the two best suppliers.

I am really sorry about your experience. Our aim is for our customers to have a seamless experience from ordering to the end result. In this case, I looked up the issue and did find an email from yourself. We did try to respond, however all the emails we sent we’re bounced or returned back to us. It seems your email service provider was blocking our emails for some reason.
We do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so we can always replace or refund your order if you are not happy with our products or service for any reason.
To help you a bit further, I’ve copied and pasted some of the error message here: “Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150)” You can also contact us here on Trustpilot for further help or with an alternate email, perhaps a gmail account and we can help you further. Please contact us again, either through Trustpilot or an alternative email (or even snail mail) and we can help get you a replacement or refund.
