Just received a parking fine of £60…
Just received a parking fine of £60 because the passenger side wheels were just on the yellow line on the chequered box around the disabled bay so classed as not parked correct within the bay.
the fact i had to try to get around another vehicle to get in because they wouldn't move.
Talk about jobsworth what a sad pathetic excuse and waste of skin they are.
HAPPY CHRISTMAS
CV3 2SB parked but overran by 11 minutes
Parked in Coventry shopping out of town - over ran by 11 minutes with 88 year old dad so had a blue badge and he has mobility issues and vertigo.....totally out of order - appealed it and they declined, paid the £60 as don't have the strength to appeal further.....I don't think they care, it is just an automated horror.... wouldn't trust them to walk my dog
Terrible money suckers
As many others, they agre money grabbers. Barely crossing the line and charge you £60.
Never coming back.
Should be ashamed
Made an honest mistake by overstaying the 3 hours for disabled parking. Fell into the familiar pattern others reviewers say. First letter not received. Second letter received with larger fine. Appeal raised. letter supposedly asking for more information not received. Letter closing my appeal received. Paid £171.95. No they don't stop at this. Four months later they issue a court summons despite evidencing yet again to them the fine was paid, they issued a judgement. Apparently being in hospital seriously ill is not a defence for not answering the writ when it arrived. The next part is a total abuse of the legal system. There solicitors DCB legal refused to action correspondence or telephone calls saying they have no obligation to correspond with us. Instead they carried on with the heavy tactics sending bailiffs letters. They abused the court system, caused endless distress and a feeling of total helplessness. Sent signed for letters to UK parking, Dcb legal they just ignore you. Happy to say the abuse of the legal system has just cost them £2,000. Maths lesson UK parking correct your mistake would have cost you £14 to resolved. Your arrogance cost you £2,000. They rely on pressure tactics not the law so others don't be afraid to stand up to them.
Fined for doing my job
Went to do a delivery in west Molesley, couldn't park/reverse into their property due to cars they are working on so I had to park outside in the cul-de-sac, next to my delivery site.
Wasn't there for no more than 3 mins and turns out that's enough to warrant a ticket!!!!!
What happened to a 10 mins waiver stopping time? Unload and loading time? Company I work for have to foot the bill but seriously, getting fined for doing a job and not being a nuisance to anyone or anything in that particular area? Money robbing, scammy sods. Companies like UKPC give other a bad rep and ruin this country even more than it already is!
extremely disappointed and wonder if…
extremely disappointed and wonder if this can be legal .
i appealed my parking fine of £60 as the car next to me had parked over the white line . so making me go over which was not intrusive as it was a kerb next to me not a path just a island . so not dangerous or obstructive. i wrote my appeal to uk pc , still to today no answer on my appeal. just a debt recovery firm zzps demanding £170 , this cannot be legal as stated when you appeal that you will receive a disition and you will be allowed to pay the original penalty charge .is this a con or legal practice . very distressing to say the least .
Parked slightly over a parking bay line…
Parked slightly over a parking bay line when using a parent and child space. Infringement was into a hatched area so not affecting any other users and only over by 5cm.
Money grabbers looking to exploit innocent hardworking people and take their money.
Would be Zero Review
I applied and was granted a parking permit for the train station as I have a disability and Blue Badge.
Despite parking in a disability bay (ensuring i was within the lines) with my Blue Badge open with the clock showing the correct time of parking and the parking permit clearly displayed next to it.
I have received a £100 parking fine (which they can reduce to £60 if paid within 14 days) obviously the 14 days are within the letter being printed as opposed to received.
What more do I need to do to avoid these outrageous charges? Clearly displaying everything and parking correctly is clearly not enough for them.
Praying on the most vulnerable of groups is pathetic. I have obviously appealed this and would invite everyone to fight these tickets
This company is disgusting...

UKPC – A Parking ‘Enforcement’ Scam That Preys on Residents
Bravo, UK Parking Control Ltd — you’ve managed to turn a quiet residential car park into a circus of fraudulent fines and frustration. Residents park in the very bays they pay rent for, display valid permits, and yet somehow your operatives still “can’t see” them unless the sun and their camera angles align perfectly. Incredible skill — deception disguised as incompetence.
I have a legal tenancy agreement confirming my right to park and a valid permit, but UKPC prefers theatre over truth. Their behaviour fits perfectly within the Fraud Act 2006 (Section 2) and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (Reg. 5) — deliberate misrepresentation for financial gain. The British Parking Association Code of Practice (Clause 20.5a) also forbids misleading photographs, but rules seem optional here.
UKPC’s business model appears simple: invent the problem, fabricate the evidence, demand money, and hope the resident gives up. It’s harassment dressed up as “enforcement.” If you enjoy false accusations and hours wasted fighting nonsense, then by all means, move somewhere they operate. Otherwise, steer clear — your patience and sanity will thank you.
This parking company are trying to…
This parking company are trying to extract money out of people! My x girlfriend lived in flats near broad street b'ham she spoke to her flat officer of her block she gave him my reg, and he says it was ok for me to park, because i was visiting her,I've already payed the fine even though I wasn't in the wrong, i just don't want the hassle now there sending me court letters.

unreasonable company
We stopped on a side street off a main road. we did NOT park we were in the vehicle with the engine running waiting to collect a family member. the only sign was spray painted in black so could not be read. they claim we were in a private carpark there was No carpark it was a side street just off a main busy road. they say it was private property but it is a council kept road. we appealed as we never left the car and it was not parked. But they will not listen. we will have to pay £60.00 because otherwise they charge £100 and make it impossible to get further help. if the council road is theirs they need to replace signage but they havent. With all the unfair fines they should take up the tarmac and lay Red carpet on the side street and possibly put little gold gates on the entrance so normal people with normal minds know this is a private Road it certainly does not say so. This company is unfair unreasonable and certainly not a company you want to have any dealings with.
Absolute scum bags
Absolute scum bags. Received a fine although I was a genuine customer of the shop in question and proved this with multiple receipts. Appeal was denied, even though selecting 'genuine customer' is an option on their form. Total money grabbing scum!! That's putting it politely.
Scum
Scum. I did not agree to their poorly laid out terms and will NOT be paying a penny to these people.
They do not listen, they do not consider circumstances and they are only interested in taking your money.
The 1000+ poor reviews speak for themselves. This is a disgraceful company that thinks they can demand what they like from people. I THINK NOT.
A word to any business owners using this company for their car parks - i have cancelled my gym membership and will never visit my local retail park again due to how UKPC have acted. The £100 they have demanded has cost the retail park £1000's in the long run as i will spend elsewhere.
