Had to replace the TPMS sensors in all four of my tyres. UK Parts Direct offered not only an incredibly competitive price but also very reasonable delivery costs for next day. Great updates with regards to tracking and the package was delivered on time. Sensors have been replaced and all four are functioning correctly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

First class service......needed a new battery for my bike and UK Parts Direct came up on a web search. They offered a suitable "upgrade" Gel battery at a great price, free delivery and it arrived at 10.30 the next morning after ordering at 3pm the previous day - less than 24hrs, it doesn't get much better than that! Excellent.

Awesome customer service. When I spoke to Mat Pearce several months ago about updating my LR V2.0 for the latest V3.0 version he was honest and said the new version doesn’t do much more so probably best sticking with the old model . However a few months later my LR V2.0 stopped working so after speaking to Mat again I decided to upgrade to the CR V 3.0 .Mat kindly suggested i return the LR V2.0 despite it being 7 years old and way beyond warranty and he would have a look at it . Mat fixed it and returned it free of charge! Amazing customer service. Also must say the LR V2.0 has been very useful on my Landrover over the years and the CR V3.0 seems a great upgrade. Both great tools for a bargain price and I sincerely recommend buying direct from U.K. Parts Direct if you value customer service. Nick Bendall

I ordered TPMS for my car, stupidly I ordered the wrong ones and they would not work. I had a lengthy email trail with Matt, who eventually realised I had ordered the wrong ones. He suggested going to tyre fitters to get them updated, or to sent them back and they would reprogram them for me. Noting was too much trouble for Matt.
Eventually I decided to buy another set of sensors for my other set of wheels along with the programming tool, as there are lot of cars in the family and in the long run having the tool will save money.
Cant fault the service I received. Thank you.

22/08/2025 The tool arrived and took me about 10 minutes to re-program the old sensors and upload to the cars system. All working perfectly. Outstanding service.

Purchased TPMS from their eBay store and one developed a fault ! They asked me to return it but then ignored all my messages asking for return address!!

Absolutely superb service nothing too much trouble to Matt in sales, I purchased a new upgraded unit and he even helped to sort out the problem with my old one which he didn’t have to all I all must be the best service I have had from any online seller .

I will not use this company again.
Contacted them due to a scan tool developing a fault with the screen. Without seeing the device they clkaimed it was due to impact damage which it was not and refused to fix under waranty. They claimed they could fix it but at cost.

There was no impact damage to the device (not a single sctach dent or mark on the screen). The device should have a level of robustness anyway due to its intended purpose. I belive they are wanting to charge me for a repair that they will then put through as a waranty claim anyway meaning they get paid twice for the work.

Update 11 Mar 26:

After taking this matter to court and the court awarding in my favour UK Parts Direct Ltd and its director Matt Pierce have failed to make a payment and are now in contempt of court.

Great service even out of hours.

Couldn’t fault the service received from the first communication where I emailed on a Sunday expecting a response on a Monday but received a response on the Sunday evening.

Always quick to respond to my email queries and quick delivery and product ordered saved me literally a few hundred pounds than having to go via the main dealership.

Would highly recommend.

Sent a ABS sensor that caused more fault codes that the original. Returned original for testing ... no response just refunded 50%of the cost. Now I have no sensor and only 50% of what I paid. They won't be in business for long with this level of service !

I placed my order on a Thursday at around 3.30pm late afternoon -- Friday morning the goods turned up @ 9.30AM - excellent delivery. Also on my order i had forgotten to ask for the device to be up loaded with my particular vehicle details, so i emailed customer services and then received an email back 20 mins. later to say all sorted -- again excellent service

Ordered a new motorcycle battery on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. Super service and a good price as well.
Thoroughly recommend.

Trying to decide on the most suitable OBD tool is an absolute minefield. I eventually found UKPD who explained verry concisely the different iCarsoft products which enabled me to make a decision that was most suitable for my needs. The service was exceptional, easy transaction and express delivery. Needless to say that the scanner I bought did exactly what I was looking for. I can highly recommend UKPD.

This has been used already with a vehicle we have a problem with, ease of use, would recommend this product to anyone

i bought a sykes picavant oil drainer from these people and was told shipping to NI was seventy five pounds and it would be included in the price as discount. on arrival the delivery note from Sykes Picavant noted delivery free when i contacted them Mark denied what he told me and was quite overbearing on the phone. won’t be dealing with this co again. Fantastic customer service. Matt from UK Parts Direct went above and beyond to identify the tyre pressure sensors for my vehicle. The company is clearly knowledgeable about the products it supplies and could not have been more patient and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and products, Matt was so helpful providing information on pre coded mini tyre sensors and I am so pleased that my issue is now resolved. Great product, great price (so much cheaper than main dealers) and very good customer service. Thank you so much I will use your company again definitely recommend.
