A fine PC repair service. They always have a very professional and serious approach, even to clients who have simple to fix issues (like an unplugged hard drive... No idea how did that happened!)

I have used this company twice so far and both times the service I have received has been brilliant. The first time was with my PC which had completely died, I phoned the number on the website at about 11.00 am on Monday, spoke to a very knowledgeable chap, gave him my details, it was picked up at 3.00pm the same day. I had a call from them on the Tuesday explaining what the problem was and the cost (very reasonable) and did I want to go ahead, after agreeing, I received my PC back again on Wednesday afternoon. The second time was with my laptop which was running really slowly so I booked it in for a virus removal, again it was picked up the same day, returned within two days. The cause was not a virus but a fan that was blocked with dust, they had taken it apart, cleaned it, checked it over and returned it for a cost of £45 total - no charge for the virus removal - unbelievable service. I can fully recommend this company wherever you live in the uk
