Disgusting service.
I wish I’d checked the reviews first. They’ve managed to get £10 out of me which, of course isn’t a lot but when 1000s of people are duped into spending, it adds up to a lot for these crooks.
I searched for a record, found what I was looking for, went back a few days later and had to pay again. Utter cowboys and crooks.
Use 192, you get free searches each week.

Absolute charlatan organisation, run by Simunix or ORBIS or whatever brand or company name they choose to call themselves. They are shamefully dishonest. The UKPHONEBOOK, once upon a time, an honourable provider of data is now run by a bunch of commercial chancers. Hopefully this entry on Trustpilot will go some way to expose them for what they are, and if it succeeds in detering one prospective customer from doing business with them, my efforts will be rewarded.

I’ve already asked for my data to be permanently removed and revoked my consent, they just put my data up again on the public domain. Reporting this as it is illegal to ignore a request.

I have filled in their form to have my details removed 4 times now. Looks like after the 3rd time, they have added an initial of one of my middle names. Extremely irritating, and surely a riks if they can just sell people's address details. I want out!!

Used their form to remove details, says will be removed within 2/3 working days. A month later and it’s still there. Sent another request earlier this week, still no action.
Filled out an email and no confirmation meaning they steal and host peoples names and address along with collecting more information when you ask for removal, without taking any action whatsoever.

Due to this a complaint has been submitted to the Information Commissioner’s Office, and I would recommend anyone else who has had the same experience with them to do the same.

I have filled the form to remove my data from your website. If you did not remove data of me and my family within 2 days I will be taking legal action!

This company stole my details from a data set online. Along with my phone number and postcode. I have since requested removal of my data under Uk GDPR laws. My phone number is on the ex-directory list.

I am taking legal action against your company how dare you put my information for public to view. What about data protection? Do you think of the risks associated with this. See you in court

It seems I have to give them one star, otherwise it'd be none.
I went on there to get a phone number, which has cost me a tenner.
So you can imagine my surprise and delight, when it turns out that they didn't have the phone number!
The person was listed, but no number for them. No doubt if I'd read the Ts&C's it would have warned me.
But I didn't bother as there were an awful lot of them.
I foolishly thought that phone numbers were what they were all about .., being called directory of enquiries from UK phone book .
Unimpressed!

Violation of people's private data without consent. My full information is listed on that website without permission. They have refused to remove it and asked me to fill out a complicated removal form that doesn't work - it keeps giving errors.

I never gave my consent for my information to be sold.
You better take down all my info right now if you do not want a lawsuit.

A total lie. It was indicated that the telephone was available and when I paid, and click to view the full details I read that Phone Not available

How can you purchase credits 10 months ago to then be told your purchase is being taken off you !!! I have credits remaining following a search for a very dear friend and these credits are now being taken off me. I know I’ll get a response saying I should have read the terms and conditions but purchasing credits is not a purchase on this site … you are merely borrowing for a charge … disgusting practice

who gives you the right to put my details in your website and make it public, you need to answer my question, dont reply and ask me to contact this and that, WHO has given you the right to put my details in your website, when you emails them they go about collect more information from you what scumbags I will follow up with Lawyer
