Item returned,but did not get the refund!
I accidentally ordered the wrong item from UKPosters. I contacted them, explained the mistake, and was told to return the item for a refund once they received it, although I had to pay the international return postage myself.
After they received the item, they then refused to issue any refund because they said the poster had been folded and they can't re-sell. However the sticker was folded but was not damaged, so they refused to refund and even reimburse any of the return shipping costs.
As a result, I no longer have the item, I did not receive a refund, and I am now out of pocket for both the original order and the international return postage.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I will definitely not be using this company again.
People should be aware that although it is called UKPosters and uses a UK website, the office is based abroad. In my experience, the customer service was very poor and left me out of pocket. Think carefully before ordering from this company.

When returning products, refunds can only be issued for items that are returned in their original, undamaged condition. In this case, the poster was deliberately folded multiple times before being sent back, which caused it to be considered damaged. Therefore, a full refund could not be issued.
Prior to this, we had offered a refund in the form of loyalty points, which you could have used for a future order without needing to return the product. This was intended to be a convenient solution, but it was declined. By returning the item in a damaged condition, it was no longer eligible for a refund.
All information regarding returns and our company policies is clearly stated on our website, so this process is transparent. We always strive to provide fair solutions, as we attempted here.

Good, until you try to follow up on a previous query
2 stars because they got back to me straight away when I asked about the delivery not turning up due to royal mail sending me mixed messages. No more extra stars because they never got back to me despite my repeated attempts to contact them. Just another typical business that, once the item leaves their premises, they couldn't give a toss about it.
