Arrived promptly following initial call to repair damaged warehouse shutter.
Removed damaged parts so we could continue warehouse operations immediately and returned as booked a few days later with replacement parts which were fitted within half an hour

we've been using this company to service the roller shutters of the premises for a few years now and they're always been on point. Might not be the cheapest but they get the job done properly and timely and also good at communicating

While their engineers are reputedly trained to a high standard, Roller Shutter Services Ltd fails to take responsibility for issues that arise. It's imperative to keep a close eye on proceedings and carefully review all worksheets before signing. I advise potential customers to read other reviews before considering this company.

Do not use this company. Poor installation, broke the sensor light, left wires in a pile and I had to pay for an electrician to tidy up, large gaps around the edges not sealed. After much persuasion they came out to fix the door three times under warranty. The first time the motor had burnt out and they told me it was the switch. The second time the door hadn’t been fitted high enough and pulled the seal off the door when opening it. The problems persists and they won’t come to fix without paying £195 callout even though the problem pre-existed before the shutter was out of warranty. Now they are not replying to emails. Fitting and aftercare is appalling. If you are looking for a Roller shutter, look somewhere other than this company.

Had a chartwell green electric garage door fitted about 2 months ago. Looks great and functions perfectly. Didn’t realise you could get so excited about a garage door! I would highly recommend UK Roller Shutters, excellent service.

Absolutely shocking After Sales service !!

Said they would come back to site to remedy damage done whilst carrying out a previous fault but never turned up.
