They make your package disappera in transit out of their country and never answer for it. Awful. Also their shipment aren't cheap.

Never ever send anything, especially valuable to Ukraine with this service. They change the rules like for instance it used to be possible to track your sending getting it insured in the US, then they changed it and you won’t be able to track your parcel after it leaves your country that means you literally lost it forever. They simply steal your stuff. The only answer you can get is that you should have send it with registered priority mail, which you don’t have guaranteed won’t change again. I wouldn’t give them even a zero star. Better give away whatever you want to send to a homeless person in your country and don’t give a chance to bunch of crooks to have it plus paying for this “service”.

The worst post office experience ever. Customers service Is awful and personal is rude. If you speak English they will not help you. When my number came up, they kept avoiding me. When I came up to ask why somebody was helping the customer after me, the answer was : I did not call you, I don’t speak English. When I said: this is wrong and they should help me next, they started to scatter around and pretended to be helpful. Do not go there !!!!

On June,10th I had give a parcel to DHL for sending from Germany to a city in Ukrania,nearly by Kiew .Tracking its trace,I could see,that it was sent to Ukrainia,but then the trace disappeared ,and keeps disappeared. Today ,more than two weeks lter,it is still out of system. -I think,Ukrainia ist still a corrupt state,and is defrauding parcels,which contains sometime will appear on the "black market" ,and never reach their destinators.-Very interesting to know about a Country,that wants to become a member of the European Union.
I used to sent parcel to a friend in Sotschi,Russia.Well it needs to weeks antil it had reached its destination,but it had reached it ! - Russian Post is more reliable than the Ukrainian Post.

Send my parcel from Ukraine to the USA. Took just a week to arrive. The price was quite low and it was easy to check details in the app.

Took too much time to arrive to my city kharkiv from. The uk then they send it back without even contacting me..
So after i ve waited for almost one. Month i got this stupid result i called them before my parcel left ukraine to ask what is happening.. They couldn't even answer or give an explanation all what they said that don't worry we're sending it to you.. The next day i found out that its already in the export office i called again to understand what the hek is happening they said we will get to you later.. They called me after two days saying sorry we can't do nothing it already left ukraine.. I was like what the f... I called you week ago and u said u will fix it.. now they can't fix it and they can't even give an explanation for what happened.. They said that when the sender he will receive it back he can find the explanation included...

I ordered a product via ebay from the Ukraine. I was a bit apprehensive about Ukraine Post seeing dome of these reviews but I am pleased to report that I had not problems with Ukraine Post. I live in New Zealand so the parcel was travelling a long way. Initial estimates were up to 3 months. In the end my parcel arrived within 3 weeks! Initially the tracking was slow and the parcel appeared to be stuck in a depot which caused me concern but after a few days it cleared and was well on its way.

Mailed myself a package while visiting family in Ukraine back to US so I wouldn't have to deal with it on the plane. The contents arrived about 5 weeks later in a different box. When unpacked, some of the items were completely missing and the rest including books and clothes were water damaged with substantial mold growth all over. Everything that was thrown back in the box is damaged beyond use. Neither side is taking responsibility. When I tried to file a claim on Ukrposhta website, it provides an error.

Incredibly bad service! It's been two months already and my parcel still hasn't arrived! Since August 21 this year and until today my parcel is still "in transit" even though the driving distance from Kiev to my town is only around 1000 kilometres. I can't understand how that happened. Avoid Ukrainian Post services, they waste your time and don't deliver!

This mailing service is absolutely terrible. Sent the package with the courier service. And guess what? Courier received the package, and dropped it at the post office on the opposite side of the town. Not one attempt to deliver to the receiver. None! Waste of money.

If I could give no stars I would. These people have got no sense . Ordered a name decal for my baby nursery they gave me a fake tracking number! My item is still showing it’s in Ukraine ! This place needs to be shut down! I still have not recieved a damn thing . Shush a waste of time!

This is one of the worst possible postal "services" in mankind history. Avoid like plug. Better throw away whatever you'd like to send than give it to these dumb thugs. If it's an international parcel worth more than just a piece of paper most likely it will be stolen by these poor rats or simply lost. If you think of a compensation be prepared for a life long sad story where you'll get a broken dime back with a hundred of your life invested. In my case a 30 GBP worth used shoes got disappeared and can not be tracked for already a month.

Provider of postal services is coming from government services, so they are good in delivering papers and mails and something a bit more, but some serious parcels probably no way. There are more providers for just that needs so research.

Devestated. Spend £400 on an artwork from Ukraine to UK - arrived with holes, scratches, scuffed corners and a broken frame.

Apparently the seller had insurance but couldn't claim on it as I had accepted the delivery in the UK - we even made the delivery agent take a note of the damage.

Now we are down £400 and have a £400 piece of worthless paper.

Never buying anything from Ukraine again.

THE WORST company. never reply, never update shipping info. I've been trying to track a package since November 22 2018. their telephonies line does not work and they have not responded to all my emails.

I ordered a package from ukraine that was supposed to be a christmas present october 17th. I have been tracking the parcel, and eventually it just stoppet at October 23dh. At "departure from outward office of exchange". After a while I contacted the seller i bought the parcel from, and she contacted ukra poshta right away. Unfortunatly they could not give uss a good answer to why i have still not recieved the parcel..
The seller was quick to send me a secound parcel with the same item at desember 3dh.
I have tracked the new parcel now and it stoppet at desember 7th. At "departure from outward office of exchange"...
I have been trying to e-mail Ukra Poshta 3 times with no luck of getting any answer..
From the ukraine tracking web sites i managed to trace my parcel, it says that the parcel is under trasportation at outward office of exchange for 10 days now.. one week untill christmas and the parcel is nowhere to be found.. This is just terrible..! I have called all the post offices i can think of here in norway, and noone can tell me why this is taking so long. Now i am really sad that it seems like i wont be getting this parcel in time, even though i ordered the first one october 17th.. I am really dissaponted..

They lied, told sender package received, they told me they tried to give my package at 9 pm to my office building ( closes at 7) so far I have lost 3 out of 9 packages, it is a band of thieves, terrible service, do not use if possible

with fake setup projects the Ukrainian post is misleading the whole Ukrainian export market. false statements about PayPal, or the possibility to sale on Aliexpress, etc...
