Heat Alarm issue.
I recently ordered a heat Alarm for a rental property. They have a dated useful life of 10 years. The alarm I purchased had a useful life starting from 2017 finishing 2027, which means it’s only good for 2 years. I have tried emailing about the issue but have not received a response.

I received the light sooner than expected and well packaged. The light is now fitted and I am very pleased with it. I had to buy separate bulbs but that was reiterated on the order and box when it arrived.
