To be fair, if never heard of UK Shelving, but I thought I'd give them a go.
I have to say I was very impressed. The item sent was a described, in good condition and was the cheapest I could find anywhere on the Internet. Delivery was made before the expected date too.
So all in all, I was really impressed and would be happy to use them again.

I thought I’d ordered a complete set of shelves but had actually only ordered a small part for it.
One of their sales team phoned up and double checked the order as other customers had made exactly the same mistake. He lost a sale but saved me a lot of money.
It was very good of them.
So 1 star for website clarity - 5 stars for grown-up and professional customer service.
Well done.
