Unable to deliver 15 days later and disinterested!
We've just cancelled our order for £850 of railway sleepers, ordered 15 days ago, supposedly to be delivered within 10 business days. We'd been told they'd be delivered tomorrow, I've rearranged things to be here, only to now be told that they can't deliver as they don't have some of the sleepers in stock - they did when we placed the order but now they've sold them?! - and can't say when they will have them. They claim to have emailed and telephoned, well no email and no missed call message and no voicemail. Complete lack of interest in resolving this, so a complete loss of confidence in them. Just hoping that we will get the refund as promised!

Good product, poor service
The quality of the product is good, however the after care has been terrible. I have asked about some problems with the product and emailed numerous times, but they either fob you off, or ignore your emails altogether. I won't order from them again

Good service
I ordered an oak sleeper table a few weeks ago. The price was more reasonable than other places we looked at and delivery was made within the 10 days as stated.
The only thing is that on the website it doesn't state the weight of the table and only do kerbside deliveries. the table was extremely heavy and even with 3 people we couldn't bring it into the house so unfortunately we had to tell the courier to take it back.
The UK sleeper team was very helpful and understanding and processed my refund straight away after explaining the problem.
I would recommend using the business if you can find a suitable product and was extremely happy with the service I received regardless.
