Great customer service
The quality of the 5.11 rucksacks are fantastic. They dispatched the item the same day I ordered it, and it was delivered the next day, even though I didn't pay for fast shipping.
I actually ended up sending the product back because it wasn't quite what I wanted, but they were easy to deal with through the whole process.
