When I bought a tactical plate carrier…
When I bought a tactical plate carrier vest it was very customisable & flexible in terms of how loose or how tight you want it to be so for example I'm small size so I can easily use the straps (though they are sticky but they are sticky for protection purposes to make it strong enough to hold plate carriers)
