I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from this company. They are called UK Toyworld but I doubt they are based in the UK, that’s if they even actually exist!! Contact details on the website are different from those provided by PayPal. I attempted to contact the company using both forms of contact and received no reply. Luckily I did paid via PayPal, which obviously know they’re a dodgy company as I received a refund literally one second after submitting a dispute!! Wish I could give them -5 stars as they certainly don’t deserve the 1 star I’m forced to give them!

I ordered a puzzle for a gift in January and still haven't received it, no replies from emails and the number is non existent! No chance of a refund either!!!

I ordered a cocomelon yo-yo doll and a Tom Tom was sent

This is a terrible company if I could I would give them minus 5 stars! I purchased an item 10 days ago which I haven't received, messaged them to find out why I haven't received it and have no reply so have now put in a dispute with paypal

Absolutely livid if I could give 0 star I would - ordered item from this store via Amazon , on prime for fast delivery with status a” guaranteed before Xmas “ ! Item never arrived and the tracking number I suspect is bogus as saying unavailable to track ! Shop hasn’t responded to any emails or online chats and I can’t put in a refund until after Xmas will not be using this shop again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either !

would not recommend this company at all. utterly unreasonable and unhelpful. bought a Christmas gift on 6th Dec and still not arrived on 31st. UKtoyworld Refusing to refund. Wish I could give NO STARS..

Don't use!Wouldn't recommend at all ,sent wrong gift ,then said my wife was a lier because ther a muti million pounds company!, ther the ones who sent us a nemo whice was a prize toy not ment for resale!stated on the toy label an the packaged, that it came in ,oh were the liers! Who are you to call my wife a lier!I hope your muti million pounds company goes under scamming people then calling them liers ,that toy shouldn't have been resold ,it was a prize, robbing people to become a muti million pound company, karma yet to get you !
