Very helpfull and eady to deal with fast delivery

Mixed box of 10 was fulfilled with only 3 flavours instead of 10 flavours. Seller very reluctantly agreed for me to return the order to - FAO Rohi, 117 Harley Street, M11 1AS. Now that i have returned the order and its been delivered confirmed by Royal Mail tracking and image evidence, seller has blocked me from WhatsApp and no longer responding to any messages. Filed a dispute with credit card to recover my money. Rohi, remember us consumers are protected in the UK. You can't run away with our money! Please stop stealing and tricking consumers for their money when you can't deliver services.

Ordered off this website the vapes i wanted was out of stock so they messaged me to tell me and gave me another recommendation come with in a few days first time using this site but definitely recommend very helpful and quick delivery time

Ordered on the 24th of December, I emailed them messaged them, which I did get a response about a week later. Which I got told the vapes I ordered aren’t in stock and I need to pick others ones which I did. Yet the day they said itd be delivered it wasn’t, tracking got added to the order but the tracking hasn’t moved in 3 days, they’re scamming and I wouldn’t buy from them. I paid an additional £32 for service and fee for delivery. Very untrustworthy wouldn’t buy still yet to recieve a refund yet.

I bought 2 box of vape from this website and also paid extra for next day delivery but they did not send my items.
I emailed them multiple times but no reply.
Avoid this scammers. There is no other way to contact them.

I ordered vapes on a Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning I had a call explaining the vapes I ordered were unfortunately out of stock , I was offered a better deal at a very good price.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. I have been ordering from here for about 6 months at least and everytime I get a tracking number and always well packaged! They contact you if there’s something out of stock or to check on an order. If you need to contact them they reply immediately and are very helpful. I had a problem with one of the three boxes I recently ordered and they are sending me a free box with my next order as I’m a valued customer. I paid £7.99 for next day delivery and 5 days later I still don’t have my order. Their customer service is useless – no proper updates, no effort to resolve the issue, and no accountability. I strongly advise avoiding ukvaperwholesale.co.uk – completely unreliable and not worth the hassle.

Ordered on Friday was charged 7.99 for deliver the next working day I still have not received any communication of the delivery or that it's been dispatched. Had issue that the site would not let me in to my account customer service just kept saying sign up with a new email. I kept saying that's not going to help as my order is on this email. The number they have given on site to call just says that it's switched off and no 1 replied to WhatsApp that they have said to contact them on

Update after 3 hours of trying to contact them they have since told me 1 item is out of stock after promising it was packaged yesterday.

Placed a huge (£350+) order late on a Saturday (9pm-10pm) and it arrived early Tuesday morning with no issues. They quickly refunded an item they didn't have in stock and their communication was brilliant. Their prices are low and their professionalism is great, will definitely be shopping with them again.

First time order with uk vaperwholesale must say very impressed ordered 4pm Friday arrived 10am Saturday order correct very well packed and great price.

Item was not sent and I received no communication, contacted them twice for a refund… first time I was promised a refund which never materialised. Only bothered to respond with the refund after I gave them negative reviews, but I did get it eventually so for that I’m thankful. I won’t use again.
