Scam company I ordered: bottles of e liquid on 19th march 2026 it’s now 24th march 2026 i track order with given tracking number it says we’re expecting it on Royal Mail but nothing has arrived I call the company then you get a stupid voice mail asking order number and query then a note saying from Jas that they will get back to me when they can I have gone through the bank to get this money back which is successful and now to go and spread there scam company on Facebook and to report them to trading standards get them closed down for good.

Your order was placed on 19th March, and the tracking shows “We’re expecting it”, which means the parcel has either been lost, or the tracking has not updated
Your order was not ignored, and we did respond via our support system. We do not operate a call centre — we operate via email and message so that all queries are logged and resolved in writing. If you called us, we would have sent you a message to leave us a message via text or whatsapp
Opening a chargeback after only a few days, while the parcel is still within the delivery timeframe, does not mean the company is a scam — it simply means the delivery had not yet been completed.
We dispatch thousands of orders, and delays can occasionally happen with couriers, which is outside of our control, but when parcels are lost, we replace or refund once the courier investigation is completed.
We are a registered UK business and have been operating for years, and we always resolve delivery issues — but courier timeframes and investigations must be followed.
If you would like us to still resolve this properly, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you.

False advertising. Dont trust.
Sent me a different item from what I had ordered. Refused to send the correct item out as they said I cant return this item due to it being opened. I understand hygiene reasons etc but this is not what I ordered and I only opened the box. Offered me £4 back which is a joke. No responsibility and no willingness to send the actual item I paid for. Claim they're not scammers yet wont send me my item unless I order it again. Jokers
Reply back: customers will open packages expecting the correct item. I did not expect the item to be wrong and therefore opened the package. The vape itself is sealed. It was an outer box that was opened. The "goodwill gesture" was £4. I paid £24 and will no accept £4 off the correct item. I expect the correct item.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, and we would like to clarify the situation for anyone reading this review.
You are correct that the wrong colour device was sent, and we did acknowledge this and offered a resolution.
However, the product packaging for this device is transparent, and the device colour and colour name are clearly visible on the outside of the box, which means the item did not need to be opened to identify whether it was correct or not. Once the outer seal is broken and the device is removed, the item is classed as opened and cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations — this applies across the vape industry, as opened devices cannot be resold.
Despite this, we still offered a goodwill resolution in the form of a partial refund or store credit, as the incorrect colour was sent. This was not a refusal to help, but a resolution based on the fact the item had been opened and could no longer be returned to stock.
We did not ask the customer to “buy the item again” — we offered a discounted replacement option or partial refund so the customer was not left without a resolution.
We always take responsibility where appropriate, but we also have to follow resale and hygiene regulations for opened devices, which is why this policy is in place.
If the item had remained sealed, we would have been able to replace or refund in full immediately.
