The washing machine has ruined thousands pounds worth if clothes. My kids school uniform included. Looks like oil stains. I have sent some emails and still no reply! Absolutely deviated.

This review is not about us at all, can you please remove or amend it as our response to your enquiry was:
Logik is a brand name only, they don't exist as an actual maker or manufacturer to make anything.
The brand name is owned 100% completely by Currys and it is Currys that is responsible for anything related to the Logik brand as it is theirs.
Whilst we can source spare parts for some of the products (not all) any enquiries about those branded goods should be directed to Currys as we will not be able to help and, nor will anyone else.

Very good service. Delivery within timeframe. Maybe an explanation on website that customer could be required to drill holes to fit the pump, as it must be generic? Also, email suggested I could track my order by logging on, but after logon my account showed no orders. Otherwise, very helpful staff, and washing machine is back up and running. Many thanks!
