THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY - ANY YOU WILL GET NOTHING IN RETURN
I bought a speaker from these, as it was out of stock everywhere else, i thought nice one. good price, in stock and IMMEDIATE despacth. (Thats what they're website said). So i placed an order.
That same night I emailed asking if it had indeed been "immediately despatched". my response was somewhat lacking in professionalism. My answer was "Nope,
This will be refunded and cancelled shortly as this item has been discontinued"
No "sorry" no "unfortunately" not even "Dear Mr Gagg" did a 2 year old reply to me?
(Sorry for all 2 year olds, that was disrespectful of me. You can probably write a whole lot better than this sack!)
Anyway, SEVEN days later I get an email telling me that my refund was complete. Now I know how banks work and so does everybody. it usually takes 3-4 days to show up. 2 weeks later no refund. This waste of space has still got my money, and he is no longer replying to my emails. I may have to take a trip to

(Which by the way looks like an ordinary house on google-maps, hardly a big wholesale store that you would imagine stock these BIG speakers!)
They lied to me and I had to get the money back through the credit card
I ordered an inverter, they offered a good deal, and got email confirmation of the order right away. The following week I got an email saying the order had been "completed" as the item had been dispatched.
Two weeks later I was still waiting and tried to contact them. They never replied to my emails or the message I sent through their website. Then I told them they left me no choice but to claim my money through the credit card operator, and I did.
They never bothered to contact me, but ONE MONTH after they first said the order had been dispatched, they actually dispatched, and only after being contacted by the credit card operator.
Obviously they lied to me, and of course I bought an inverter from another supplier as I wasn't going to wait without power on my boat.
All in all, ridiculous service, don't trust them.
