What is normal to you is totally unacceptable by industry standards. So go revisit how your competitors do it, better quality dial attachment simply put it!

This company makes excellent and innovative products that have great versatility and functionality. They also stand behind them. I purchased an MA38 MagSafe tripod for my iPhone. When the hinge got loose and the rubber covering the magnets came off, they replaced it for me. Excellent customer service experience!

The D100H device is very well built. The access to the online manual and installation instructions was a little difficult but we figured it out. I am still not sure how to make the device work with Adobe Premiere but we are working on that when we have time.

Customer service was great! It took some time to track down the part I needed, but Eyre and team came through and were very kind! Love Ulanzi!

First of all, the delivery took quite a long time, to be honest. I do like the tripod, but it has some important flaws.

The articulating arm, which is supposed to allow 360° videos, uses a notched locking mechanism made of aluminum. The two sides rub against each other, causing it to wear down over time. With frequent use, it probably won’t last very long.

Also, the end of the arm has a hook that gets in the way when attaching the rotating table.

After searching for a travel tripod that was light, designed well, and inexpensive, the Ulanzi Zero F38 almost seemed too good to be true. I ordered right from the site and had it shipped to me in Canada and it was substantially cheaper than getting the same one elsewhere. It arrived surprisingly quick and I was beyond impressed with the quality.
After a couple of weeks of hard use (I can be brutal with my gear) the panning function of the ballhead seized. I contacted Ulanzi customer service and they were unbelievably helpful. Not only were they quick to offer a replacement ballhead, they were interested in how it malfunctioned. (One can assume it’s for quality control moving forward so they can prevent it from occurring again). They were polite and quick with responses.

I had a great experience with Ulanzi.
Their customer service was fast, professional, and very efficient my issue was resolved quickly without unnecessary delays. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers.
I’m also very happy with the inflatable LED panels. They are well-designed, practical, and extremely useful for video production.

These inflatable LED panels are a really well-thought-out tool lightweight, easy to use, reliable, and well-built. A great solution for professional work.

I initially received the Ulanzi Falcam Maglink Quick Magnetic Buckle Shoulder Strap Lite V2 in grey instead of the blue I ordered. However, customer service was fantastic! They quickly sent me the correct blue strap and let me keep the grey one at no extra charge. I will definitely buy from them again. 100% recommended!

I ordered the MA38 and initially there was a delivery issue because I was on vacation. They immediately resolved it and the product was exactly what I thought when I received it. Works amazing and would highly recommend

It's been a while since I have tried to return an item which is a tripod that came out with a defective leg and I haven't received any answer from you even though it's been more than two weeks.
I have a lot of stuff from you guys and I think I deserve to have your attention. This is making me feel like thinking twice when I want to buy something from your web.

Total scam. I ordered a tripod from them Feb 14 and hadn't heard from their email or contact team at all since then. Still have no reply until now. I will have to report this to my credit card company after 45 days.

U200 are small and compact, easy to operate, the lights show you what is happening. I would like an app to help show connectivity and to help with post-production editing

Horrible! Doesn’t work and couldn’t return! It’s just a black box. No teleprompter even after I downloaded the app!
