Incredibly frustrating and stressful process, that 5 months later is not resolved. Faulty unit - ULine refuses to refund/return. No response -- hours waiting on hold.
Will never purchase one of their products again.

This has been the most ridiculous online ordering experience I’ve ever had, especially considering it’s 2025 and the company is based in the same state where I live. After placing my order, they put it on hold for several days without any explanation. When I reached out, they told me the only way to proceed was to make a wire transfer—for an $80 order. That’s completely absurd!
This was definitely the best all around 5 STAR vendor we ever delt with till shortly after pandemic when the prices went up AND THE QUALITY ON THEIR BOXES DROPPED OFF TO AN UNUSEABLE STATUS ON ABOUT 30% of each bundle of boxes received...WITH NO RESOULTION WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE..AFTER 13+YEARS AND OVER $20k SPENT ON BOXES PER YEAR we will be purchasing ELSEWARE!! Update.
Uline contacted me shortly after I wrote this and we came to terms which both sides were happy with. I am changing my stairs to four stars. I hope I'm allowed to do that on this site not customer service is very friendly and helpful strongly. Recommend them.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This place is a joke. I have a small business and I received a catalog from Uline. The catalog was issued to my company, complete with a customer number. I looked and found a few things that I was interested in, so I ordered them. The delivery charge seemed kinda high, but placed the order anyway. I selected the "net 30" terms, and was under the impression that the order was being processed. The following day, I received an email stating that the order was on hold and for me to reach out to the credit department because they need more information. When I called, I was told that I need to purchase 6 months of prepaid invoices to qualify for a net 30 account. I was then told that my business didn't have tradelines according to Dunns & Bradstreet. I asked for a copy of the denial and they haven't presented me with anything. I wasn't aware that my business was undergoing a background check and the representative said that the check is done internally and they are not required to get consent from the business owner. I am currently challenging this practice, as it's new to me. The website isn't clear and the representatives couldn't make their practice make any sense. My purchase was $200 and I was treated like I'm not worthy. This was disheartening...I also noticed a poll when I was looking at some of the other reviews on Glassdoor, and I noticed that there's poll tracking race, gender and sexual orientation through Uline. I'm not sure what that's all about, but Uline definitely made me feel like I was discriminated against. This place needs to be boycotted and investigated! I see why the reviews are so poor... This is supposed to be a family owned business and I'm just not sure what principles Uline stand for. On the website, under "about us" it says, Depend on Uline to build your business-we won't let you down. I'm here to testify that they will not help the small people... That is not a true statement on their website. There are other companies offering the same products for a better price and cheaper shipping. Uline should really extend credit to small businesses and just give them a small line of credit, to help them become more established. In return, these smaller companies will help sustain Uline presence in the market place. I'm almost certain that Uline is on a downward slide. Reach out to me and let me help you understand what the public need. It's hard to see when you have billions of dollars, you tend to forget about the small people

Terrible Customer Service and products are way overpriced. You will find the same products much cheaper at Amazon and Staples. Tried to order some storage boxes and the CSR was rude to me and told me to order online. I did end up ordering online with a competitor.

How does everyone have the same experience of getting denied on applications?
I applied for this job while still active duty in the military I had a logistics job running a motor pool and working endlessly in a warehouse Uline is a logistics company I’m currently applying to my 10th position I know I’m not the most qualified person but the most recent position I applied for was warehouse associate overnight. To just get declined without an interview doesn’t make sense as it shows you guys are always hiring.
The Uline customer service could not tell me what type of screw cap adapter to purchase in order to close the containers I purchased from them so I cannot use these containers that I purchased since they will not be in compliance with the DOT closure instructions. ULine's competitors do sell screw cap adapters for torque wrenches and they even specify what containers they sell that it is compatible with. It was a mistake buying these from ULine and ULine will not let me return them. Additonally, I asked ULine who was the manufacturer so I could ask them instead, and ULine told me they cannot tell me who the manufacturer was, that was against their company policy to let me know, so you are on your own! Buyer Beware!!!

I order their boxes all the time. Shipping is super fast and they are reliable to work with. They keep my shipments going out!
Why is the owner of this company one of the biggest donors to Trump?
The worse company ever. Was sent the wrong shipment 5 times. Told them I wanted a refund. I still have not received a refund nor the correct shipment. Typical Uline Incompetence!

Buy à safe from them. Pièce of crap, the bottom is in gyproc, just have to put it on the side and open the bottom to steal whats inside. Easy as that. the inside fall apart, 1200 dollar in the garbage. Anyone who can lift it and run can.

Defective product and bad customer service. Due to an obvious design flaw (now resolved on other models), the only way to "fix" a loose handle on our lightly used (second home) U-Line wine cooler is to pay $778 for a new door. The U-Line customer service rep said he would look into getting "help" for me from the company. He quit responding to my inquiries for a status report.

I keep getting the wrong parts for my safe. First time it was fine, mistakes happen I get it but this happened the second time and I don't know what else to do other than complain. People on the phone are nice but whoever is packing my hardware needs to either not rely on AI or whatever computer is telling them to use or look at the labels real carefully and see my safe does not work with the parts they keep on sending me.

They charged 2-3x the price for delivery as any other similar service. They will not deliver to residential and/or large parking lot environments. It's a massive hassle dealing with ULINE.

I applied for a business line of credit with them, the customer support representative was quick to set me up however, when you log on to your account and you select "invoice me" which I do with several of my other accounts, Alex the sales representative calls me to ask for a payment. I state invoice me, Alex tells me I have to pay for 6 months and then, Uline will review me for a line of credit... SMH - I told Alex to cancel my order, I am not buying anything for 6 months and then you might give me a line of credit.... No Thanks, I was glad I had a line of credit with their competition. Uline keep up the deceptive business credit practices you are sure to lose a lot of customers. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. All in all poor business practices which based on the many reviews they don't care.
