Terrible customer service! I waited for an answer for a week and even though gave them all evidence, that I didn't get my order (tracking info), they just ignored my claim - told me to ask neighbors and read FAQ's. Never got my order/or money back. Don't order!!!

There was no English on the .DE website - only German and not everyone in Luxembourg speaks German. The .EU website had English but wouldn't deliver to Luxembourg (which I only discovered at the checkout). Google translated most of the site's content for me but it would be better if you had offered an English (or French) option. The order was quickly dispatched and delivered

English below - Si sono dimenticati di spedire l'ordine e l'hanno fatto solo dopo che li ho sollecitati. Hanno scelto la tariffa postale più economica, con tempi di consegna lunghissimi. Mi hanno mandato un numero di tracking che non funziona (la tariffa economica non prevede tracking!). Ed era un regalo, ordinato sulla base dei tempi di consegna indicati sul loro sito. Ho fatto una pessima figura per colpa di questi disorganizzati incapaci. Evitateli assolutamente.
They forgot to ship the order and only did it after I urged them. They chose the cheapest postal rate, with very long delivery times. They sent me a tracking number that doesn't work (the cheap rate doesn't include tracking!). And it was a gift, ordered based on the delivery times indicated on their website. I made a terrible impression because of these disorganized incompetents. Avoid them absolutely.

I have been a customer from Ulla Popken for a few years now and this year I needed to get a black coat for work. Little did I know that I was going to start a not-so-great adventure with Ulla Popken where I experienced a poor customer service and very little solutions to the issues I had. Let me sum up what happened! I missed twice the chance to buy the coat I wanted in the 24/26 size because my debit card was expiring in January and although it went through on the payment (and had funds), my orders were cancelled on two occasions due to this and no explanation. In my quest to still find a suitable black coat, I ordered (and paid) for 3 other coats (which were 28/30, but no other sizes left then). Before they arrived, I found my coat again on the 24/26 half price (!) and I ordered it too, then I found the bigger size also half price and also ordered ... remember I am still waiting for the first three. The first three are not suitable, too big, when the others arrived, almost two weeks after ordering... and surprise! they have sent the wrong coat for the 24/26 one, which is actually my size... it is now sold out everywhere... and the only solution the customer service team is giving me is.. " we will find a solution for the return shipping costs"... appalling.... surely, you can do better Ulla Popken...

I am satisfied with almost all the products from this brand; they feature comfortable designs, a good balance of price and quality, and what is especially valuable to me, a wide range of styles for older women. My only comment is about the cotton nightgowns, which unfortunately stretch out and lose their shape.

Unfortunately, nothing less than one star can be given. The Finnish postal service has lost the shipment during transport, and I have proof of that. By the law, Ulla Popken is responsible for the shipment all the way to the customer, and it is also their responsibility to try locating the parcel with the postal service. If the package cannot be delivered to me, Ulla Popken must refund it or re-send it. I contacted the customer service at the email address given on the website. More than a week has passed and there has been no reply to the email. I sent the same email again with the comment kind reminder. I called customer service by phone and left a call request. There is a deafening silence. It is unclear whether I will receive a refund from the company for a purchase of several hundred euros, or the products re-sent. If that doesn’t happen, Ulla Popken is undeniably breaking the law. The customer is in an impossible situation if the seller digs into a hedgehog defence and doesn't even respond to any contact attempts. If there are problems with the shipment, the only option is to notify the credit card company and ask them to refund the purchase. So, they use the customer or credit institutions to pay for the lost shipments to avoid entrepreneurial risks. After reading other reviews, it seems to be a standard procedure. My previous orders were ok, I was satisfied, but now I am so angry losing hundreds of euros, that I will never order anything from there again. I could have been a loyal customer pouring a lot of money to them in the future, but they just don’t care about customer satisfaction.

I've been trying to order for two weeks now, I made my order, tried to change the delivery address cause I made a mistake.
Over the phone it took me 30 mins just to get a hold of someone.
When I spoke English they hung up.
Then a nice lady picked up and tried to help, gave me a store delivery.
For some reason that got cancelled too and I wrote asking why, no response.
Then I got a response that it's not cancelled and then I got an email again saying it's cancelled again.
Sincerely, go fk yourself.
This is not how to do business.
