Scott is a terrible coach who shouldn’t be allowed to work with children. His behaviour is concerning and should go get some help.

My experience of Scott has been awful. He has no team sprit and told my daughters team last season to stop cheering each other on when they scored goals. I find Scott is very quick to ask for money everything is all about money and it’s a shame as most of us have been silly enough to fund organisation. As parents we don’t stop and question what our experiences are or have been as we are just keen to see our children play sport with team mates.

My daughter cried when she came off the field that day and I wiped her tears and told her if you girls want to high five or cheer you do that.

I tried to give our football club who Scott is associated with the benefit of doubt this season and paid £250 only to find the club didn’t have enough players to play in the league.

So disappointed with this I asked for a refund but was offered 50% after 7 weeks of cancellation of games. The season started 7 weeks age and ends in May.

You would of thought the club and Scott would have understood that we paid for our daughter to play in a league but as this wasn’t happening they would have understood the request for a refund so our child can go to another club.

She just wants to play football but unfortunately Scott and his poor run organisation and his aggressive sales mentality really reflects that this organisation isn’t about kids and playing sport in a happy environment but more about money.

I highly recommend not being involved with this organisation as the management are not focused on the right objectives.

This is no reflection to the members of staff (coach’s) who were dismissed through covid or the other people coaching but more about Scott his objectives and work ethics.

My children have been coached by Ultimate Coaching for PE and after school clubs for this academic year. In addition they have attended school holiday camps and activities.
I cannot rate Ultimate Coaching highly enough. All the coaches are caring yet professional and my kids always come home happy from their coaching sessions. Their confidence has grown and their football skills have improved.

My son loves sports but has been put off so much by the behaviour of head coach David who provides PE lessons at his school ! He should not be near children he is aggressive and impatient. Sport should be enjoyable and fun!

We were looking for short term intensive football coaching sessions for our teenage son, to develop his range of skills and boost his confidence in the game. We found David at Ultimate Coaching very approachable and helpful and the fees very competitive. The coach, Brandon has been great, tailoring the weekly one to one coaching sessions to our sons needs and after a course of five weekly sessions the benefits are already clearly visible. Our son is more confident and inspired, trying out the new techniques learned over the past five weeks. We have been extremely pleased with the experience we have had with Ultimate coaching and would very happily recommend them.

Matt was brilliant and the kids (a range of ages!) had a fabulous time. I would recommend Matt without hesitation. The booking process was seamless and totally stress free. Great experience all round! Thank you!

Matt is a fantastic coach in the 1-2-1 sessions. He is patient as well as focused on the session and each one has been mixed up with various skills and tasks so whilst there are continuous themes running through the sessions we watch are enjoyable and varied.
We definitely think Ned has benefited from these.

Excellent private 1x1 coaching. Has greatly improved my son's technique and motivation. Highly recommend - professional, dependable, and knowledgeable.

My son has started 1-1 sessions with Matt this season and has absolutely loved them. His confidence, technical ability and goal scoring have all improved so dramatically. He is now scoring every match he plays and has learnt so much in all his sessions. A big thank you to Matt- would definitely recommend.

Our son had such an amazing time at his football party. The coach was great and all the children loved it. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Charlie started with Ultimate Coaching a few months ago and he absolutely loves it. The coaches are all so supportive and their positive encouragement has helped Charlie’s confidence come on leaps and bounds. I cannot recommend Ultimate Coaching enough for the quality of their football coaching.
My sons have played for Oxshott Royals for a few years now and the quality of coaching, the coaches attention to detail, their patience and dedication to the children cannot be questioned.
My sons adore football and have grown as players thanks to Scott, Brandon and the team of professional coaches who go above and beyond the call of duty to bring the best out in all the children and develop the teams.
Whether it be team training, holiday camps or 1-2-1 coaching, Ultimate Coaching are focused, aware of each individual and experienced in giving the children a positive football experience and bringing the best out of each and every one.

Both of my boys (now 5 and 7) have been training with Ultimate for a couple of years - both weekly sessions and holiday camps. The coaches are great - really friendly and have a lovely manner with the children. The holiday camps are great - yes they are training but they make it so fun with competitions etc, and they give prizes out each week which is so motivating for the children. Even when it's raining the children still want to go! I never have any worries dropping the boys off - It always has a real team feel - they make friends each day and they can't wait to go again soon! Highly recommend both the weekly training and the holiday camps!

Sam from Ultimate took over coaching our u13 squad 8 weeks before Christmas.

The team are really happy with him and have come on leaps and bounds using the drills he has given them. Playing football the proper way.

Would definitely recommend them.

UC arranged a fantastic party for our daughter which involved plenty of great games and entertainment for all the children. The coach was very engaging and all the children had a really fun time with him. The whole process was extremely well run and the communications were excellent. Thank you.

We booked Ultimate Coaching for a multi-sports party for our 9 year old son's birthday. The whole booking process and communication was excellent and special thanks to Matt for his calm and professional handling of 12 boys and girls on the day! We've had very positive feedback from the children and their parents and Ultimate Coaching definitely made everything about the party much easier and more fun. Would definitely recommend.

Really impressed! The coaches immediately made my son feel welcome and focused attention on him to make him to quickly evaluate capability. As well as being flexible to the parent to accommodate.
