I recently purchased a universal kit for a Triumph Street Triple R (2019). I went for the fork stem yoke mounting & purchased a 3" extender as well. The online shop was self explanatory & purchased with ease. Delivery was very quick from time of ordering & it was helpful to receive delivery updates by text. The product it self is of good quality and easy to fit. I chose UM over Quad lock for price & because UM garantee to keep your mobile dry. I found UM to be very helpful when I had to return an item due to ordering the wrong stem size & they did it without hesitation. All in all, great product & great service.

Ultimate Motorcycle is asking for a review before they've even shipped the item. I hope the item is better than the website experience.

There is no information on the page to explain which fittings the product will fit to, or how. So I will just have to work that out when it arrives.

The quoted price excludes postage which is the added at checkout. Postage says it if for Royal Mail, but is significantly more than Royal Mail charges businesses.

The website doesn't have a search function or links for my type of phone. So you have to leave the website and then use google to search it.

So the website is a really frustrating experience. As I say, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the product is much better and will fit to the fittings on my bike.

Not happy with the plastic fitting for hadlebars. Apart from that product is good.

Speedy delivery, easy to do, good products.

The kit is top notch, fitting was a bit of a drama but sorted with a few washers to pack it up a bit higher on the stem so the expansion bolt would grab properly. Doesn't look great but once the case is installed on the mount you can't see it.
You have to make doubly sure the case 'clicks' into the mount as it can be a bit fiddly, and unsecure if not done properly
The case itself is great apart from the fact that one of the corner clips is extremely tight and I have been unable to open it so far without using my teeth!
Also, for my P30 pro, I have to have my phone unlocked before I put it in the case to access the functions. Fingerprint ID does not work through the screen.
These are tiny niggles in an otherwise excellent bit of kit, but for me that prevents the 5th star in the rating.

The Samsung waterproof case I purchased is as advertised, not that I have had a chance to test if it is waterproof but I no reason to think otherwise, its sturdy and we will just have to how it copes with being taken off the bike reguarly, this maybe its downfall as it only clips in and will wear but we will see.
