Bait & Switch auto supply company--hidden Chinese company

I ordered some oil additive from what I thought was a reputable company. It is a bait & switch company, gave no company address on its website. Went to search on other scam sites which state it is an AZ address (but with no city given, just street--bogus?--& state). Item was $10, with $15 delivery--went to cancel order within seconds, site reversed to a Chinese website based in Hong Kong, which added another $2 to order from my bank acct statement, for a total of $27...sent repeated emails to their "support" within seconds of the so-called "purchase" (which I could not cancel). Several "undeliverable" mails then came to my email provider. To return the item requires one to ship it back at YOUR cost. AVOID AVOID AVOID
