It was easy to order and I was told of near by opticians to get my ear impressions done, this is my second pair to replace old ones, excellent product and excellent company, highly recommended, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Communication was frequent and useful, I knew exactly what to expect. My custom tips were actually delivered earlier than I expected. They’re a great fit and really cut down on ambient noise. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again for other earplugs.

For use on my motorcycle, I purchased a pair of moulded ‘pro’ ear plugs to connect with my Cardo Packtalk Edge comms system. In a nutshell, when they work the sound is AMAZING. However, the right plug failed after about 18 months and now, 10 months or so later, the left plug has failed.
Each time I’ve been told to post the ear plugs to Kent, pay £35 for them to even look at them, then pay a further £40 for the repair. And all this took around a month, during which time I, of course, can’t use them!
I am VERY careful with the earplugs and actually only use them for two or three hours a week; so all in all I’m pretty disappointed with the fragility of the product.

Best earplugs Ive ever had. I swim everyday and have not a an ear infection since wearing my ultimates. Have recommended them to all my swimming friends. The whole process from getting the molds to receiving them this company knows about customer service as they keep in touch letting you know the whole process.

Top stuff. Got my ears impressions done at MCL 2025 and the product that was delivered was spot on.

Process was easy & explained well. An appointment was booked at my local audiologist which was really helpful. The product is fantastic & is everything I was hoping for. Would definitely recommend!

Questions were answered promptly and precisely. As I am in Canada there were some costs that couldn't be avoided for shipping but that has no bearing on Ultimate Ear. Production time was as advertised. Product is very good. Fit is excellent and sound quality is also excellent. I opted for the non-bluetooth version "Motorcyclist SoundEar Pro" so I can use them with my Cardo Edge Communicator. I will likely order the bluetooth version in the future but for now I am using the Qudelix-5K with great success. I am not affiliated with Qudelix in any way. I am trying to help other people with the same question I had as most things are bluetooth these days and it took a lot of searching to find something suitable to use with my new wired IEM's. This was the only question UE didn't have a great answer for but it also isn't their product so it is completely understandable.

Really disappointed with the level of service regarding a miscommunication with product I purchased and I am still waiting for a response and I have rung and still waiting unacceptable

The earplugs fit very well. The sound quality is amazing. I would definitely use you guys again. Just an idea; do you make any noise canceling ear protection for shooting/hunting?

Oh my word!
These side sleeper ear plugs are an absolute revelation.
I’ve tried all sorts in an attempt to get a good night’s sleep, and nothing has felt comfortable, or really worked for me, until now.
I had my ear impressions made at a local, approved ear clinic and they sent them off to be made up.
Once the ear plugs came back, they also showed me how to put them in correctly and care for them.
If, like me, you’re a side sleeper and have struggled to find ear plugs that REALLY work, then your search is over.

My Ultimate Ear moulded ear plug are perfect noticed a big difference in noise reduction and that didn’t fall out whilst riding
