From the moment I ordered from this company, they immediately emailed me and thanked me for my order. Easy to order on-line and response emails from company notifying me when mat would arrive were appreciated.
I like the quality of the mat. Have fur trees in our yard and this mat is perfect to keep the needles out of our house when coming in from the garage. AND is vacuums up nicely!
