Prompt delivery but maybe better packaging in future.
Bought a card game set as a valentines present. Ordered on the Friday. Shipped and delivered on the Saturday. Parcel arrived safely. Very pleased with the speed of the process. (I understand beyond dispatch it is down to postal service used also)
My only feedback would be packaging. My parcel arrived safely but I feel it could have been secured a little better to avoid any unnecessary damage/dinks in product packaging. Contents were safe but if the same packaging was used for a collectable item, any form of damage devalues the item.
Packaging aside. Very pleased and will definitely shop again.

Ultimatetcg is a good website however they need to change their postal services, parcel force is very bad service which don’t deliver on time and the tracking is bad.

Fantastic customer service as always. I had my batch of Tin of Ancient Battles preordered for a while and one of the kind workers at the store realised my home was just on the way for them. They kindly just dropped it off for me on release day rather than wait 2 days delivery.
To top it all off, I pulled Crossout Designator in my first tin!
