Terrible service would go elsewhere
This was my first experience with this company and I wouldn't go with them again. I still haven't received my original item as they sent the wrong item to begin with. After speaking to support they said I have to send it back and send proof before they even send the original item I had already paid for. I did all this and have had no reply since, but instead I get an email asking how they did and I say, not good at all.

We are very sorry for the poor experience you received, we try our best to maintain good standards and ship the correct items but unfortunately this was an error and we apologise.
We appreciate the inconvenience caused, as per our emails we request that the items be shipped back before we send the correct items out due to past experiences where we have shipped out replacements and not received the items back, but we ship while the return is in transit to limit the delays in good faith that the items are on their way back.
We hope the resolution of the issue will help add a little more faith and not discourage you from giving us the opportunity again in the future.
