I had received a wrong product in my order, and so I had contacted them by email to which they had responded at a fast rate. The issue had quickly been resolved and was reconciled by sending the correct products of which I had bought.

Ordered wrong item for 24hours delivery, but emailed them in the morning and it was fixed and arrived next day. Packaging was recyclable, items were great.

Shipped out really quickly and the price for postage was incredibly good. Shame Royal Mail let them down and when paying for next day delivery they don’t deliver so try to deliver when you aren’t available and will then hold your parcel hostage for a further48 hours because you cannot collect the from the depo anymore.

They are always on point with the delivery and if your order is incorrect they will help you fix it in a matter of seconds

Bought some Shadowverse Evolve decks and boxes and am very pleased with the experience!

Even though the item was held up by distribution delays, they were pro-active with communications, keeping me in the loop, which I really appreciate from businesses. And then when I had further tracking/delivery issues with Royal Mail they were quick to investigate, chase up the issue and update me unprompted, which I was very impressed with. I will be buying further card products from them in the future!

Whilst the staff were incredibly helpful, the issue cannot be ignored
I ordered a premium version, but received the standard.
This is a significant mistake which meant I was left without the product I ordered and no immediate way to resolve.
Again, I have no issues issues with UltimateTCG, it is a fantastic site with great staff, but I wanted this issue to be raised so that it does not happen again.

Contacted me quickly about a delay ion shipment and had it sent the next day. Let me know early about a potential issue with product ordered not being 1st edition and offered to return it and replace it when they received the correct stock. Items arrived fast and undamaged.
