I have been in contact with an agent for a replacement and it went perfectly smooth. He made sure everything was perfect and organised à replacement and a pick up to my door. The ring is great and I’ve been using it to track sleep, cycle and steps

I’ve had my ring for several years

I’ve had my ring for several years. I’m receiving my second replacement, so I’m not sure if that’s typical because I’ve never had a different brand. Customer Service has been great. I was able to chat with someone immediately. Once all of the troubleshooting was complete, there was no hesitation to send me a replacement ring both times.

Issues with my ring - resolved

My ring completely died and it took forever to reach out. Having said that, Ultrahuman made sure I got a replacement ring and didn't even bother to take my old one. Customer service made sure I was satisfied and they do the best they can.

Great Costumer Service

Honestly, I’ve really enjoyed using the app, it’s super user-friendly and the service is always really fast. This time I’m especially happy that MD Osama helped me, he was super attentive and kind and guided me through the whole process. I’m really grateful for his help and for the customer service, they’ve never let me down

Battery drain support

I’ve been dealing with battery and data sync issues for the past few weeks and have been in touch with support throughout. They first asked me to run diagnostics across the phone, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. When the issue still continued, they requested screenshots, confirmed a battery drain issue, and placed a replacement order. The support staff sensed the problem is genuine and addressed it immediately which made the support experience trustworthy.

Spend your money more wisely

You can decide yourself if the information is useful to you. I thought it would offer more, but that isn’t the point of my review. The product longevity was terrible. Problems took forever to resolve, all while your warranty ticked away. I think the goal was to get there b/c at one year, one nanosecond they disappeared. If the expense is worth part of a year of data and long waits for useless service, press on and good luck.

EDIT: It is easy (and smart) for a company to reply here and say something along the lines of "we care and will make this right". I run a business. You have the data. The questions are: 1) why do you not care until someone posts? 2) why don't you review recent cases, see how you caused this review and 3) assuming you don't have too many examples of your poor performance to sift through, why don't you reach out independently to those you find and address the issue they asked for help on originally. Note to prospective buyers: their response is BS until they do the above. A lazy company wants to make one vocal company happy, not fix their product and customer service

Great customer service

I’ve been experiencing connectivity problems with my ring. The customer service team offered several troubleshooting tips but unfortunately none worked. When I returned, they promptly offered to replace my ring. I truly appreciate their swift response and action.

I liked the ring

I liked the ring, but I had issues with the battery staying charged. Customer service was awesome! They were very quick to respond and helpful. They offered me a new ring or a refund. I chose the refund, due to my hands swelling and I am not able to wear it as it should be worn.

Won't Recommend

.So I purchased a ring. It was well purchased insurance in case I lost it because I know dreams do get lost when I purchased insurance. No one said that I needed to be done with a certain time now that I lost the ring; they refuse to help me, and the Customer Service experience is horrible, waiting for hours for an answer. I can't believe I actually got this ring. I thought I was being responsible by getting insurance in case I lost it, but now that I actually lost it, no one is willing to help me. The customer service is absolutely terrible, making me wait for hours just to get an answer. This whole situation is a complete scam. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them, especially this ring.

Great ring and app with good features but...

Great ring and app with good features. However, i've had my ring replaced twice now in 8 months! Both times because the ring stopped charging. Of course, i am very grateful the ring was replaced free of charge and I can't fault the Ultrahuman customer service in that respect. I just feel for what you pay for the ring, this issue shouldn't be happening. The customer service advisor suggested that the charging plug I am using might be the root cause of this issue, so they advised me on what i should be using, so i will change my plug and see if this issue returns for a 3rd time. It might be worth Ultrahuman doing some investigating into this, as i've seen a few reviews stating the same issue

Don’t waste your time with Blood Vision

I purchased my UH and have been testing there services I ordered a blood test to use the ultra vision. They said the results will come by 24-48 it has been 7 days and me chasing on several occasions. I paid 2500 AED they came and took 30 Ml of my blood and have completely left me in limbo.

Battery issues resolved

Started having some issues with the battery not lasting even a full 24 hours. I did as much troubleshooting as I could on my end. When I contacted support they were extremely quick, helpful and made getting a replacement easy. I appreciate the great customer service and quick solution.

I wasn’t available to fully utilize the ring since I believe I received a faulty one. But the customer service was excellent and did ordr a replacment right away after some troubleshooting steps taken that unfortunately didn’t resolve the issue. Kudos to you, guys!

Very disappointed!

I've purchased my Ultrahuman ring in November 2024. Within a few months it started having serious issues, the battery would drain quickly and the ring kept losing connection. After dealing with these problems for several months, support finally replaced the ring in May 2025.

Unfortunately, the replacement ring has now developed another major issue and we are in March 2026. From one night to the next, the battery suddenly expanded to the point that the ring can no longer sit properly on the charger. What if that battery would have damaged my skin? 🧐
When I contacted support, I was told that because the warranty is calculated from the original purchase date, they would not replace the device again. This is despite the fact that this ring is already a replacement for a faulty one.

So in less than two years I’ve had two rings, both with serious faults and the final response is essentially that I need to buy another one!

For a product at this price point, this is extremely disappointing and raises concerns about reliability and long-term support. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.
