I’ve been using Ultramar for a number of years now and it never fails to please. I use the Spray hood and tent cleaner with power cleaner as a back up, I also invested in the sprayer and soft brush to make life easier. A really excellent product, highly recommended.
We have been using Ultramar canvas protector on our bell tent for four years. No problems with water penetration and easy to keep clean. Great customer service and delivery to Spain was only a week.

Terrible customer care.
I was shocked when Ultramar charged me an expensive delivery fee for an order that I had been waiting for for 2 months!!
After numerous emails asking of the whereabouts of my order they had the audacity to tell me that if I have the order delivered again, I have ro pay the shipping a second time! or receive a refund minus the original shipping fee.
They took it upon themselves to refund me minus the shipping fee after I had asked for them to send me the package again.
I felt completely rooked.
I have afterwards heard that the product is no more effective than soap and leaves Permanent white stains on the canvas and damages zips with the glue like residue it leaves.
