SIMPLE AND BEAUTIFUL AS WELL AS PRACTICAL.

I ordered a coat rack on 11/14 and won’t receive until 12/17. This was not explained to me at the time of purchase. Tracking of the delivery is non-existent. The package “supposedly” is sitting in Georgia.

When I called to check on the status, I was told the item was discontinued. They can’t confirm if my package is indeed sitting in Georgia or if I’m not going to receive the discontinued item.

First and last time ordering from this company.

Pain-free check-out and appreciated that they had an inventory of their mirrors one big box chains were sold out or canceling orders. Hard to get anything these days with the pandemic, coupled with the holidays!

I LOVE my new curtain rods! They're great with the curtains I made, and, since the material is blackout, the "wrap-around" feature of the rods is perfect! I will definitely shop Umbra again!

Love all the practical functionality and beautiful sleek design. Wish there were more reviews describing the different color selections. Hard to see from the photos. I also wish you had more in stock at in person stores like The Container Store, and could also price match.

I paid for 9 umbra curtain rod s, you shipped 3 but says all 9 were delivered not true, I need what I paid for, within the time. Fedex did finally deliver the remaining curtain rods. The product is beautiful, along with the cost. Very impressed.

I have purchased quite a few UMBRA products as they are beautifully made, very unusual in design & are all attractively priced based on their composition vs other sellers' selections. Dealing with Customer Service (if needed) is also wonderful as the representatives are all lovely, personable, respectful & knowledgeable about the products. Their site is heavenly when compared to other sellers as the pictures are large enough so you know what you will receive & details are quite thorough so there is no guesswork involved. I always think of UMBRA first when I need something & find that I am always satisfied with my choice.

I found the check-out system very easy to navigate. I changed my mind on several products and was able to go back and change the order with no difficulty! I appreciate the instinctive approach of your software.

I ordered a product less than a year ago. Some of the parts associated with the product went missing. I contacted customer service to see if I could purchase replacement parts. They told me that they don't sell individual replacement parts for the item, however they were able to locate extra parts in their warehouse and they would send them to me. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
