Great experience, really fun products

Umbra notified me when a product was in stock, and I was able to order it quickly and without any problems. The experience was great! And everything I've bought from this company has been very useful, and attractive, too.

Not a Good Experience

I ordered a garbage can and tried to order more items but it wouldn’t let me because I would have qualified for free shipping. It also wouldn’t let me put my coupon code in (the coupon code for entering my email and phone number when you first open the website). This will be the first and last thing that I purchase from here.

No shipping estimate

I wish it would tell me how long it will take my item to arrive at some point during the checkout process or the very least how long it will take to ship. That is the only reason I prefer to purchase things on amazon. It provides a date of when to expect my item.

UMBRA website woes

Dear Sir or Madam:
I am excited to be receiving your products.
Problem 1
The website would not subtract the10% off with the code provided. I could not tell the number 1 from the lower case letter l.
Problem 2
The website promised free shipping for over a $50 purchase, but would not take it off.
Customer service human Jenell did a excellent job. She got the 10% discount for me and refunded the $8 the website would not permit us to subtract for shipping the website promised. She was extremely patient with me as I went back and forth on my phone to retrieve the information she needed. Thanks Jenell!
