We always like to say the customer is right...
But in this case the actual issue was the account being used as a storage device which we asked files to be removed as its against our T&Cs.
On further investigation we found the main domain URL was being reported back as not being verified by whmcs verification check.
Of course we wouldn't want to host a illegal copy of a software just like any other hosting company wouldn't.
We didn't check and sub domain variants which is what is verified according to the customer so can only apologise for this.
In any case he actually stated to the first message about removing the infringing files:
"haha do you want to manually check this I'l happily leave this service if you think these are storage files."
to which we replied:
"Not quite sure what you are laughing about..."
so that was not reported correctly by the customer.
We wish him all the best with however he decides to go with.
