They are always available for advice and assistance, and I am reassured that they look after my property and my tenant.

Try to call Umega, 25 mns wait (No 2 in the queue!) No one picks up. One wonders what the rest of their service must be like.

After been let down by our previous property manager, we were absolutely delighted in making the move to Umega.

Led my Suzie, we had nothing but positives throughout. She offered advice on small improvements which she then organized, and the work was done at a very high standard at a fair price.

Umega managed the letting of our flat for a number of years and we were very pleased with the service and responsiveness, especially as we had by that stage little contact in Edinburgh. They were particularly helpful with organising repairs which can be challenging. When we subsequently decided to sell the flat we chose them as our selling agents. The liaison between the letting department and the sales department was very good so that when we had a major water leak just as the sale process started their letting department handled the repair very effectively to get the flat ready for the sales department. The sale was handled very efficiently and we appreciated the company's flexibility and ability to handle our personal requirements. We were particularly pleased with the level of communication with us by Daniel of their sales team. We were fortunate that Umega found a buyer very quickly and introduced us to solicitors who were responsive and ensured that the sale was completed without issue or delay.

We signed up with Umega lettings last October to fully manage our apartment in Edinburgh. Right from the start they have been absolutely brilliant, dealing with every little problem right down to the last detail. Most recently we were assigned a new property manager, Courtney Hazlett and just as with all our previous experiences with Umega she’s a wee gem. Nothing is too much trouble for her, replies almost immediately to emails and phone calls and keeps you fully up to speed about any ongoing problems. Keep it up guys, well done.

Absolutely brilliant company! We had been looking for property for many months in Edinburgh and finally found a property through Umega. The property was for our son who had recently moved to Edinburgh for study and it was a great relief to find something. Very positive experience and a great flat which is of a very high standard.
