After they received the payment they don’t respond anymore

Very disappointed. Signed up to work with Umetv yesterday, really nice rep, very helpful. Paid the deposit. Problems then began, receipt for deposit not received but this was not really the issue. The customer service or lack of was the issue. Given a different response each time I telephoned, not getting a call back when I was told I would. Receipt through so all ok with that but the response - defensive, excuses, not understanding the frustration. If this is how it starts Im then not willing to have two years of this. Really poor customer service and told the deposit is non refundable although paid less than 24 hours ago. As a registered charity in the social care sector - we can ill afford to lose this amount.

Have been a customer for 2 years and have had several issues with the advertising screen turned off in the post office we advertise in. Upon seeing this, I stopped payments immediately (why pay £72 per month for an advert not being displayed?). I provided a photo to the accounts manager, no understanding or apology in the response, skimmed over the actual issue and threatened a late payment fee if payment was not made on that day!

My advice to fellow business owners, use your money on other methods of advertising with better customer service skills to the business owners they service.

Seems I am not the only one who has had this issue in reading some Google reviews also. Was reading a review from a business owner named Brad, who successfully took them to court for not displaying their adverts also.

Details are currently with my solicitor as I await a response from a manager of UMETV media. Won’t be renewing and won’t be recommend to fellow business owners

Stay away, not worth a single penny

Be away from this company. It's so unprofessional .as soon as you sign a contract you will never get your money back at all.
Also everyone who works here don't give any service what you pay for .

We have been paying for advertising for 6 months and the advert has not displayed for at least 3 of those months. UMETV have been aware that the ads aren’t showing and has not communicated with the advertisers.
I have been told three times that a “manager” will call to discuss, and no-one has called.

UMETV is an absolutely scammy company. If you're considering signing a contract with them, think twice. Once you've signed on the dotted line, good luck getting anyone to follow up on your requests. The staff change frequently, which they use as an excuse to dodge responsibility and reject any complaints or feedback you might have.

Furthermore, it's clear that UMETV doesn't care about your advertisement's performance. All they care about is whether they're receiving money from you. Their terms and conditions are clearly written to benefit only their company, not yours. In fact, it's pretty obvious that they're trying to scam you out of your hard-earned money.

To top it off, the advertisement they offer is useless. Don't trust anyone from UMETV. You'll end up wasting your time and money on an advertisement that won't do anything for your business. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of UMETV."
