Complete scam Company - emails returned undelivered . No phone number to call about delivery date for an order. £10 down the drain . Steer well clear of this rubbish online outfit. Their " good " reviews are fabricated !!

Never got my item. I bought an item online from Umkytoys.co.uk. They sent me something else, not what I'd ordered. I tried to return the incorrect item, but their website has no email or phone number. They don't show any contact details. They never sent the item that I ordered and paid for.
Ordered Christmas present, money taken, no delivery arrived & absolutely no response from the company. 'Contact us' page on their website now doesn't work either ... just code script & no link. Avoid!!!!
Having searched high and low for a specific replacement toy for my child, I came across umkytoys.co.uk
This was the item; which it was supposed to be.
What I got is nothing of the sort. I have tried to contact the company bu the contact page has no details, no Facebook page, nothing on Instagram, The company is a scam!
I have taken time stamped pictures of the item advertised on screen. The item received, The order label and the website showing zero contact details.
Will now be reporting to the police.
