I saw a car that I liked on the website, so I reserved it for a test drive. When I arrived at the showroom the car was ready for me. Satisfied with the test drive I bought the car. There was no sales pressure. It was a relaxed environment and I would recommend Unbeatablecar.

We called about a C Class Saloon and arranged to view it with Unbeatable Cars "General Manager". After travelling for over an hour to see it, the car was non existent!! Apparently it had been sold since we called (which would have been at salesmen of the year speed).

This was appauling treatment of customers and I advise all to stay clear of this company. Especially, when you have a 7 month pregnant wife with you.

I will stick to my number one rule now which is to go private and get private financing and warranty.

Disgusting sold us a car that they obviously knew had problems, only a 3 month warranty. Cars been in garage more than its been on the road and is costing us thousands which we don't have!

They sold me a faulty car. After a month of continuous complaint letters I am now taking them to court.

I bought a Nissan Juke from this company I didn’t have the car 24 hours when I had to call RCA out because it had a dead battery luckily the RCA said it could be replaced as it was still under the warranty.
The most worrying thing about this company they gave me a check list with everything being ticked that had been checked.
They obviously don’t check everything because this battery was ticked as being checked and within less than 24 hours it was being replaced.

This is the first time I'd be buying a car from a dealer, I have no idea how part exchange works or even how financing a vehicle works. Spoke to a lad called Chris at Portsmouth Unbeatable Car. Super helpful, talked me through each step... How it works.. and what the process is and I got a solid, comprehensive answer to each of my questions.
