Well everyone my partner sent of his old phone to cash my phone, I was going to get the amount of 48 to 49 pound, 6 days later they said they haven't received my phone. I tried calling always went to the answer machine. A day later they said they received my phone i wrapped it well also and when the phone was in use it had a case and also a screen protector no marks on it, it looked brand new i also sent a spare back case and the charger, I got a message a few hours later and they said we have deducted 15% of your cash total due to scratches and marks on the phone it was well looked after and looked brand new. I was not amused with the way the company treat us no answering phones and lack of communication. I did receive a payment of £40.20 they said it would take up to 48 hours to go in the bank it took about 4 days to go. Personally i would not se these again i will be using else where as there lack of communication and deducting the price when there was nothing wrong with the phone. i hope this helps you with choosing about sending your phone to this company.
